The area

Neighborhood: Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

The Grandior is simply a perfect hotel while staying in Prague. The subway and tram is just outside the door allowing you to transverse the city for a pittance. There are plenty shops, restraunts, and markets close by. The hotel is very receptive, clean, and attractive. The beds sleep well and the towels and amenities are nice. The best aspect is breakfast. It is sumptuous with a choice for anyone while listening to a pianist to begin to our day. I recommend this hotel highly. We have been twice to this quality hotel and will again when we return to Prague. Prague is an adult playground with so much to do. I recommend getting on the tram to the big flea market and enjoy the Prague people.

Perfect hotel. Loved the design and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the piano added a very nice note. The hotel was close to the Old town and had public transportation stops just outside. When we visit Prague again we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We were a family of 3, normally the 3rd bed would make our room a tight squeeze, or the hotel would remove a sofa to accommodate the 3rd bed. But no not here, our room was still very spacious.
The staff were polite and breakfast is great.

Really nicely appointed, fitted and furnished hotel - great bar and facilities, staff are all pleasant and friendly, restaurant was great, nice rooms and all with all the features you expect from a good hotel. My wife booked this as a surprise for me and only paid about £150 for long weekend with flights! The only bad point is the massively overpriced spa but plenty of cheaper alternative options close by. This was our first time in the beautiful city of Prague and would recommend it to anyone - great bars and restaurants scattered all over the city, beautiful architecture, history and culture wherever you turn, great shopping and loads to do. Really cheap too so an all round winner - go to Prague and stay here both are awesome!

Firstly everything works, room up grades, car transfers, breakfast booking, all seamless.
Clean, good sized rooms and excellent staff.
The hotel is a 10/15 walk away from the main squares and tourist areas but that is actually a plus.
Surrounded by a good selection of restaurants, easy access to the main train station.

The Grandior is a credit to the staff. The hotel is spotless and the housekeeping staff clean rooms every day to check in standard.. Breakfast plentiful. Well organised.. Location excellent Tram stop outside. And metro station around the corner.. We have travelled all over Europe and further and this hotel surprised us. Rooms quiet, staff friendly.. only one little complaint.. Lack of British TV channels in room..(only news channels.. Or at time of visit. BREXIT channels)... But you don't come to Prague to watch television... but it would be nice to watch something whilst the missus is getting ready in the morning (like a feature film 🤣)
But seriously excellent value
Well done all

Arrived here on Monday afternoon and boy were we impressed. The lobby is bright, spacious and all staff are super friendly. Went to breakfast this morning and the staff were excellent even the young lady doing the eggs and omelettes never stopped smiling. This has to be the best place we have stayed in for a city break. Also Prague is AMAZING. Don't want to go home on Friday

This hotel is amazing! This is our second visit and we were so amazed to be given two rooms on the 9th floor with amazing views as well as receiving a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us in a our room!
We arrived early but we're able to check in and leave our bags until the room was ready! The reception staff were amazing and friendly and we are already planning our third visit!
We absolute love this hotel! Best hotel in Prague!!!!! Best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! THANKYOU! We look forward to the next 5 days and staying within this amazing hotel and city!

Seems like hotel staff has never heard of the word "clean". First I noticed some female hair inside my blanket case and called the reception to replace it. It was replaced as well as the second blanket case which also had hair.
I also checked bathrobes and towels and female hair was there as well.
1 case might be accidental, but hair everywhere is disgusting and just not normal. Even if the hotel would cost 10 euros per night, its customers would deserve first of all clean rooms.

Worst experience throughout East and West Europe yet😡😡😡
