Neighborhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

Botanicus deserves better, but the sales assistant there ruins everything!
Products are good and therefore quite famous equals a lot of tourists and cram full.
The S.A. clearly hates their customers and don‘t even try to pretend giving a good service! No smiling or thank you/ goodbye. Just rude attitude and evil looks. No motivation and zero interest.... very disappointing! Sorry.

Just like the previous person, it was full of Japanese tourist and couldn't get one person to look at me or explain the product. After reading the information off the labels...still everyone busy with the Japanese tourist, I picked few simple things and had to wait till someone could ring me up. It's sad for such a exciting product.. to be neglected.

The shop and the staff are geared up towards Chinese/Koreian customers. Being a European I was totally ignored.
Will not return again.

I visited Botanicus store at Prague on September 12 at 12:30.I bought total 16 pieces products. Because the premier tax office at store opened at 13:00 pm, they told me I can leave my bag at store while I did shopping at other places. After I finished tax refund, I left store without checking my bag because I trust them. I didn’t find two most expensive products missing until I got home in Canada. It is hardly to believe such thing happened to me.It is a lesson for me. Hopefully it is a good advice for you. Double check your bag.

The sales girls just standing and talking loudly in the shop, not working or anything

The cashiers have no smile at all and the attitude is really rude

What make me most furious is when I walk in a more inside area of the shop, there is a middle aged man staff approaching me and asked me why I came in, he said normally this area is for group tourists only and asked why I am here, also asked me is it because I cannot find the products I want in the more open area, he sounds like I am sneaking in and wanting to steal things, if u don't want customers to go into this area please put some signal or benches restrict the people to come here

You might want to remind your staff: "Botanicus is a magical blend of the organic, the traditional, modern technology and scientific principles and an abiding inspiration from the world of plants." (Inspired by plants?) I finally found someone to help me but seriously hard to figure out who works there or not -- at one point I almost walked out with the oils in my hand. Anyway the woman was trying to help but she did not speak English well enough so another woman came to assist (manager?) who ever she was I asked about Frankincense Oil and it was pricey - $30 - so I asked if they had a product already made that might help with arthritis and she told me I should go to a pharmacy! Wow -- so strictly cosmetic, no time to talk (she walked away right after she said I should go to a pharmacy) -- I got the oils and left. People I know inspired by plants and organic products don't act this way.

On the whole Botanicus is a fantastic shop with a delightful array of unusual products and the majority of staff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately I was served by a member of staff who I can only assume was having a very bad day, rolling her eyes at me when attempting to purchase one of their fine products, she then proceeded to mumble incoherently through a mouth full of what I can only assume was her breakfast, she then scattered my change across the counter upping the ante from a normal transaction into a farcical treasure hunt, leaving me scrabbling around while she appeared to begin to crawl underneath the counter- now everyone has gotta eat and I'm usually a fan of an informal style of service but this came across as strangely rude and completely at odds with the image i assume Botanicus is trying to project and in my previous experiences with them has achieved. However the absurdity of the levels of rudeness achieved did give us a chuckle and perhaps it is worth a visit to experience the surliest soap seller in Czech.

It is a great skincare shop. The soaps, essential oils, lip care and intensive treatment cream are the highlights for me. The staff is very helpful as well.

My daughters and I went a little nuts buying up all the awesome skincare products, but not as crazy as the bus loads of Asian tourists spending thousands of dollars here! Not a lot of customers service if you're not part of the bus tour group. We sort of followed the herd and bought what everyone else was buying! Lol. Products are very very nice. Beautiful store. We went back three times!
