If you go anywhere in Prague, you have to go here! Anything with the word chocolate is a definite lure, but this place is very special. The chocolate is amazing, and you can try all their different flavoured chocolate coated almonds. But the best bit is the hot chocolate, which is the most delicious drink I have ever tasted. Pure liquid chocolate….. pure liquid heaven! Not outrageously priced either.

We went in to try "the best hot chocolate in Prague". The place is a chocolate shop that sells a lot of different types of chocolate. They also have some tasting ones to try. Aside from the blocks and packages of chocolates, they also have a pot of hot chocolate simmering on the counter. We grabbed one to try. It was really rich and creamy. I quite enjoyed it but the others thought it was way too rich.
It was a nice place to stop by to stock up on chocolate.

Award winning chocolate that makes for great gifts. Just don't forget to bring yourself some home too! Their drinking chocolate is very rich and not what some are familiar with when they get a hot chocolate. It is however very tasty and worth ordering, although maybe don't go bigger than a small unless you're sharing.

Steiner & Kovařík are doing a great job in making the best versions of chocolates without doubt.I have been to their branch in Dubai Ibn batuta mall and decided to give them a visit while in Prague. One of the brand new outlet located in old town.
The staffs were really courteous and understanding.
We chose my all time favorite cinnamon, some dark chocolates and few sugar free.
It is the best gift for our friends and family back home. Would love to go back again.

If you are in Prague make sure you buy some chocolates in this store, it is delicious!! The cinnamon ones are my favorites! If it is cold you must try the hot chocolate, it is amazing.

We stopped here on a walking tour for a quick warm up after a visit to the very cold and windy castle, and I was wowed by the hot chocolate so returned for lunch a couple of days later. I particularly enjoyed the hot chocolate and fruit option. I also had a really nice bowl of soup.

First time to be here and the shop was clean and welcoming staff and you can try the type of chocolate before you buy so we choose the nice and delicious one
They have nice boxes even you can keep it as souvenirs and at the end The we have one extra box for free which really make my day

Went to the Factory Shop in Prague just below the Prague Castle. The staff were very friendly and described their offerings and a wonderful sample of their variety of chocolate covered and lightly dusted (cinnamon, chili, moringa) which were all very good. I’m usually not a big fan of spicy and chocolate together, but even that was good! On our way out we noticed they had a chocolate beer. We were very pleasantly surprised at how good it was and even came back to buy a bottle for our waiter down the street while expressed interest in it. It’s worth finding and stopping in if you are lucky enough to be in Prague!!

We were walking up the road to Prague castle when we stumbled upon this shop. We tasted the samples outside and they were out of this world! We took a cup of hot chocolate and it was truly the best i have ever tasted. This tempted us to go inside and explore more. The gentlemen at the cash counter were really helpful and explained everything to us. I would recommend to buy their raisin chocolates without thinking twice cause they are sinful, i am back home and savoring one every day! Well worth the money spent and a must visit if you are a chocolate lover. This makes for the best gift once you back home for your loved ones as well as yourself. ;-)

OK, so I hate to admit... but, Switzerland and Austria do not have the best chocolate. We were trying different beers and chocolates on our trip through Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany. Like others, on our walk up to the castle, we stumbled upon a guy handing out chocolate samples. Hmmm, they tasted better than our other chocolate! Better go in and check this out. Fun and friendly young ladies working inside (dancing to Rolling Stones... gotta love it). More samples. Wow, these are really good! We ended up buying two cans (love the artwork on the cans also), three bars and an assortment for a chocolate tasting party when we got home. I'm not sure this chocolate will last until we have time for a party... shhhh, don't tell anyone.

You should definetely buy amber from there if you into gems and jewellery. If you go the mall near Tesco in old town, they have some awesome body care products for both men and women. Give it a try.
