A superb opportunity to visit Prague under your own preference with professional and valuable assistance at your fingertips. If you are coming to Prague for a first hand view of its architectural splendor from the medieval period through the present, noteworthy sights away from the usual tourist destinations, sampling food from where local residents go, etc....., then you will get plenty of very important assistance from Margareta, In my case, I was especially interested in the 1920s/1930s Czech Functionalist building that are scattered throughout the Prague metro region. Also, if you are truly interested in first hand unbiased point of view what it was like to live in Czechoslovakia up through the 1989 Velvet Revolution, Margareta will likely be pleased to offer it to you. Yes, definitely contact Margareta if you want to see Prague your own way, rather than via pre-planned large bus tour groups.

Margareta made our week stay in Prague a magical one with finding beautiful apartments for the eight of us in the Old Jewish Quarter. She made us a wonderful itinerary with a good mix of Prague sites and day trips to surrounding areas. Margareta looked after all the details for us and was even able to book us a private tour of the Strahov Library on short notice. The times that Marageta was able to join us, were full of fascinating information, knows where the best cafes are in the busy tourist areas, she is patient and has a wonderful sense of humour. Thanks again Margareta!

Margareta made my trip to Prague unbelievably wonderful! Her ability to coordinate special events and meals time after time was amazing. Her connections across the city opened doors for us that would not have been possible otherwise. If you want a first-rate, personalized travel experience (especially if you are interested in music and history), you need to talk with Margareta. She is such a joy to work with and will make things happen. You won't be disappointed!

I'm usually skeptical of docents or guides. (Too many visits to rug dealers in Asia perhaps) but Margareta not only showed me the sights but her knowledge of their historical significance placed in a global perspective was illuminating. I can highly recommend dMargareta & her firm.

Margareta is the consummate insider and knows the right people, places and events to give you a great itinerary of the best travel offerings of Prague and the Czech Republic. She operates seamlessly between Czech and English. Since she is widely traveled, Margareta knows how to work with all sorts of travelers. Prague Travel Concierge can also give you tips about the best places for a day trip to the bucolic Bohemian countryside. Margareta told us about the most interesting shows going on during our stay and she also pointed us in the direction of a riverside village where we had a relaxed afternoon and an incredible spread.
