Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

The main tourist areas of Prague are host to plenty of massage centres, but I believe Orchidea Spa to be the best of the bunch. The spa is slightly off the main drag of Wenceslas square, and is far less expensive. The therapists are friendly and professional and the space is extremely clean and has a lovely ambient atmosphere. The massage you will receive is honestly the best massage I've ever had outside of Thailand. My husband and I went for a 30 minute foot massage and loved it so much, we ended up going back the next day for a back, neck and shoulder massage. The receptionist was extremely accommodating to us (who were walk-in customers) and spoke very good English. The massage pressure is on the hard side (as is traditional Thai massage) but the therapists are very open to adjusting their pressure. Do yourself a favour and pop in here while you're in Prague.

My wife and I recently went to Prague for a couple of days. We thought that a massage would be something nice and relaxing between sightseeing, food and shopping.
This place was really close to our hotel so we decided to give it a try. It is off the main streets and in a basement so that it gives much more privacy then the many massage shops near main tourist attractions. We tried to negotiate the price a little as it was the two of us, but that didn't work. Anyways it was 900 krona/hour, which is fair.
The premise was clean, but not comparable to a 5 start wellness spa. The temperature was nice and warm. There are little stalls, where you undress completely and get under the blanket. The massage is 60 min exactly, which is much appreciated we've been to many places where they shave off a couple of mins at the end. The only thing is that the face hole is not that comfortable and you look funny at the end of the massage, but either of our massages was excellent (we had the Thai with oil massage). It was the perfect mixture of loosening knots and relaxing you.
The ambience was the only thing that makes this a 4 star review instead of 5 stars, but if it was possible on TA I'd given it 4.5! Massage: 5, Ambience 4

Awesome Value for money and friendly staff. Great foot massages after a long day walking and also cheaper for a longer massage than other places nearby.

I took the foot and leg massage for 30 minutes, which was only 300Czk, which is much cheaper than other places. I enjoyed the massage a lot, since I had stiff legs from hiking and the day after the massage the pain was completely gone. It is not a very cosy place but the guy at the reception is very friendly.

After days of walking around Prague our bodies were aching :-) and we decided to have a massage. Based on the positive reviews on Trip advisor, we chose this place. We were pleasantly surprised that they fitted us in within 30 minutes despite us not having made an appointment. My husband had a full body oil massage and I had the neck and back massage together with my step-daughter. The massages were super and exactly what we needed. I was sorry when the time was up as I was at the point of falling into a deep sleep :-)

My boyfriend and I came here after visiting here last year and it was absolutely awful! I regret ever stepping foot inside! I’m actually disgusted even writing this. I got a foot massage and there were three threatening men (customers) already in the parlour. They were absolutely shouting their heads off at each other and saying the most perverted, horrible things to the useless dope behind the counter working there (who was laughing and half encouraging them apart from feebly shushing them twice). They continued to make rude sexual noises while being massaged even though it was a normal massage and the friends were shouting in at him and laughing from the reception/foot massage area. They were literally shouting continuously for 30 minutes straight.

The massage itself was ruined because the girl was trying her best but was clearly bothered by the men and even though she was great at her job, it was actually frightening and not at all relaxing.

I spoke to the manager afterwards who agreed with me 100% but was overall useless in solving the issue. I wish I had have just stopped the massage at the beginning when it started instead of holding out hope that it would get better. I couldn’t even close my eyes because I was worried when they kept walking over near me and my boyfriend was away in the back area having his done . Please do not put yourself through this by going to this place. The way the manager reacted makes me think that he would let anything happen instead of speaking up to customers who are doing something wrong.

Whenever I travel, especially on business I always try to find a Thai massage to relax and unwind when I have time. Naturally the quality of massage varies incredibly with some masseuse inflicting various degrees of torture.

My experience at Orchidea couldn't have been better. A nice Thai lady was selected to provide my hour long aromatherapy massage. From the very start, I could tell that she was very professional and upon asking, she revealed that she had been in the business for over 10 years. As I say, I couldn't fault any aspect of the massage and in comparison to most of the others that I have had was in a class of its own.

The premises were clean and tidy and you instantly knew that the business was professional and not seedy in any way. The treatment rooms are private but have one wicker wall/door.

I couldn't recommend this business highly enough!

If you walk around Prague you'll find hundreds of places offering Thai massage, so choose wisely. Orchidea is a little gem very close to Mustek metro station, with friendly English-speaking staff, and great masseurs (all women). No need for appointment. I've had countless massages there and never left disappointed.

We were a little nervous about getting a massage in Prague as we had heard most places cater to a certain clientele. We went off the reviews we read on TA. We were not disappointed. The girls were very professional and very good at their work. I've had traditional Thai massages before and this one was excellent. My only draw back is that they don't except credit cards. Their prices are very reasonable though. We wanted to go again but ran out of time.
