Neighborhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

A friend of mine strongly suggested this place because it is famous as the 'largest club in Central Europe'. Well...what an experience. Karlovy Lazne is huge, it has 5 floors with different music such as rock, commercial, R&B, techno. The club was full of people and the stairs to take to go to one floor to another, are quite narrow and they do not really give a safe feeling. The price for the entrance is around 10/15 euros and the drinks are quite cheap compared to clubs in other european cities. The club was quite dirty, I have ever seen floors so sticky and toilets so busy. Despite these last points, I suggest Karlovy Lazne. Just for the surreal experience.Visited August 2019Written April 4, 2020
- parkerge29 contributionsA unique experienceOn our visit here we only went to the Robotic Bar; watching the Robots at work from our seats was brilliant, the coordination from so many people ordering was memorising. There was a good selection of cocktails and ordering from the tablets was welcoming, descriptions and pictures were all available on them which meant we got a good idea of what to order. The drinks themselves tasted lovely, as for prices most cocktails were £8.50. You CANNOT order anything other than cocktails or mocktails, but what fun is it seeing a robot open a beer…? Waiting time wasn’t long at all, of course robots don’t go for smoke or toilet breaks😉The bar was very clean, and the singular waitress who brought items over was a credit to the place, had a good laugh with us. Negatives…A lot of people do seem to stand around videoing the place, and to be honest I reckon it fills to capacity quickly. Naturally cash isn’t accepted here, the only human who works there just brings drinks over when the robot(s) is done with playing bartender. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.Visited December 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten December 29, 2022
- David163 contributions5ive will make you get downnn!!A box to tick for sure when you're in Prague! This club (is apparently the biggest in Central Europe) has 5 floors of different music and a dancer right on the top floor. I would say it definitely caters to all musical tastes. Entrance fee was 300 Czech Koruna and on the night of my visit all floors were open, it was fairly packed but it was a good vibe all round and I had a great time there for a friend's stag. Especially as I had a flight to catch hours later! Each floor has its own bar, with one even having a robotic bar which I thought was pretty cool. This is a cash only place so be mindful when going here, they do have ATMs in the club, but they charge, overall it's a club to enjoy on a night out in Prague especially for the novelty.Visited June 2022Written July 18, 2022

We are fine even with tacky however this place could only dream of being called cheesy or tacky. The staff were rude, abrupt and even laughed with us when we collected our coats a whole 20 minutes after checking in. We reserved our entry prior to arrival at 9pm only to be told our reservation was not valid as there was a ‘special event’ happening at the club. Upon questioning why the website allowed us to book and pay if it was not valid, we were let in - this we felt was a scam from the outset. Upon entering the club we found the place EMPTY. Now it was early we admit however we expected a few other people to be in the ‘ice bar’. When we were allowed in (30 mins late) it was empty and somewhat underwhelming. I’ve had a better time in the desert section of Iceland. It is a gimmick. Don’t bother. As for the rest of the club - there were only 2 other floors open, both of which were empty and sad. The dance floor of the ‘oldies’ part looked cool… but that’s about the only positive I have to say. The rest felt dirty, dingy and disappointing. We stayed for one drink and left… quickly. We found some local bars and had a far better time. Please do not waste your money here. I promise you’re not missing out. I explained the drink would make me sick and he laughed in my face. He was extremely rude, the drinks were ridiculously overpriced and the atmosphere was terrible. - Mariah E1 contributionThis is embarrassingI made an account just to leave this review, that’s how bad this place is. The idea was cool, five stories of dancing and fun you’d like to think. It couldn’t have been farther from that. They actually have three stories; disco (rave music), oldies (classics as we call them in North America), and hip hop/ R&B. There were no real DJs, just people playing one full song after another, no real mixing. It was so awful I cannot believe the hype this place has. NOT WORTH THE DOOR CHARGE! The club expands over 5 floors and each floor has different type of music. Entrance is 300 krones. And if you intend to go to the sky lounge you have to pay extra 150. It's a great place to enjoy without any trouble from others. You can leave your bags and jackets at the ground floor for extra 50. This is a cash only place. There are ATMs just at the entrance. Worst experience I had in Prague. We went there as a group of 10 Spanish teens, looking for somewhere to have a fun night with some music and cocktails, so we decided to go there even though we already saw vert negative reviews. When we arrived there, we found very rude staff, they checked everything we had on ourselves, plus they didn't let us in with our coats and hoodies, we had to leave them there (paying a fee of course). They only accepted Czech Crowns in metallic, not Visa nor Euros. The place was filthy, and the bathrooms looked like a meth head apartment. On top of that, the drinks were terribly expensive! 5€ for a Heineken!
Don't go there if you are a tourist, they don't want you there. Better to spend your time and money on some local pub.

It was rated as the BEST night club in Prague and it said there would be 5 floors, but in reality only 3 were available. We paid 15 euros (and the change was in the local currency) for bad music, very few people (and also not really nice people) and overall a terrible vibe. Left after 20 minutes

It's so much fun here. We went back to back on a Friday and a Saturday and both times were extremely good fun. Everyone is friendly and it's no more expensive than a standard half decent club in a UK city. The dance music floor is the best by far. Extremely cool laser and light shows and two massive RGB fans. I think there's a robot DJ sometimes but it wasn't on when we went. Music is consistently solid and the audio levels are decent as well, plus there's a cool bit on the side of the dance floor that's elevated so you can dance up there too. The top floor is great as well if you just wanna have a sit down somewhere quiet and mong out to some Snow Patrol.
As long as you're not uptight about the sort of night out you want it's gonna be a good laugh. The music is good and there's definitely gonna be something for everyone. Staff are fine, I never really get why people expect some all-star service from bartenders in a club. They're just people working in a loud venue at unsociable hours - they're not out to get you and they're not being mean. Get over yourself.
My main issue was that it was a cash only place. There's a machine just opposite the venue but it seems to only dispatch 1000 CZK. Not a huge issue but just something to be aware of. It's a ballache if you're short for a drink but whatever

Credo proprio di si almeno fino a una certa ora, dopo diventa un tremendo andirivieni.
Le anticipo che trattandosi di un posto così centrale sarà strapieno perciò ci pensi bene!
Do you also need to pay entrance on sundays??

Is it worthy to have some fun for people of 26 years old? How much does it cost a mixed drink? Which other club would you recommend me?

Hi,
Your age is no problem for the club. You will find all ages there!
The prices are like in the other clubs/bars in prague.
We've also been in the 'mekka' club, but this one is really expensive...
