Address
Neighborhood: Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

In the Dark
Oct 2019
Enjoyed this unusual and traditional Prague theatre entertainment. Talented actors and good choreography. Small theatre almost makes you feel interactive with the performance. Several scenes, 'telling a story' by dance and movement. Some of the content involved sexual themes, was a bit unsettling. Glad I didn't have children with me; too many questions/explanations! Will try a different show next time as sure they are all unique. At the end of the performance the audience were asked for 2 people to volunteer to participate in the experience. 2 older ladies who volunteered first were turned down ? why, and 2 youngsters chosen instead. I didn't like that exclusion, felt like a bit of a 'set up'.

Unusual and fun theater

This show was a set of several scenes, each one unique and entertaining. The actors were really good but we could sometimes see the operators in the back. We enjoyed it very much. The theater itself is quiet small but it didn’t matter. Not recommended for children, the show had sexual elements.

Clever and Entertaining
Oct 2019
This black light performance is a series of skits involving about 6 people who dance and move but do not speak. Our front row seats were perfect to see the show...movement of the props was very well done and not visible to the audience. The theater is small so arrive early if you want to be close. A traditional and entertaining evening activity in Prague!
p.s. Please do not take photos during the performance - the flash was distracting and it's rude to the performers and guests.

This was such a clever, amazing show. You couldn't take your eyes away & the way it was choreographed was genius.
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this quirky talented masterpiece. A total must see if you are in Prague.

No go
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would barely give it at two. Save your money and go for a nice meal instead! “ Pretty bad ”

More pantomime than Shakespeare, but an interesting experience
Aug 2019
Worth seeing for the very clever technical effects alone, but don't expect anything deep or subtle as far as the slightly dated "plots" of the seven different scenes go. "The Violinist" was probably the standout scene for us. After reading previous reviews we sat near the back of the (small) auditorium, and this seemed to work well as the black light effects were very impressive. Worth visiting provided you are ready for something much closer to pantomime than Shakespeare!

Intimate, engaging, moving

If you want to see blacklight theater, and you should while in Prague, this is the one to see. The show is a retrospective of shows from the last 30 years. Some are laugh-out-loud funny (for example, "horse"). Some are wicked political commentary ("suitcase"). The one with the clown was breathtaking. The venue is small, open seating. So be there when it opens to get a good seat. In the center, a few rows back is best.

Not recommended!

An archaic form of art, that I won’t be sad to see gone, the sketches were at a grade school level, honestly- I felt embarrassed for the actors, plus no air conditioning, we left halfway through, why suffer till the end?... technically the black lights effects were done well, but still not enjoyable, just my humble opinion...

Cheesy in the extreme but entertaining
May 2019 • Family
Very small theatre room and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. The show was cheesy in the extreme and half the audience left at the intermission. Not sure if they thought the show was over or they just didn't enjoy it.
We particulaly enjoyed the magician and horse.
