The area

Address
Neighborhood: Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

    Big and nice mall
The mall is very big, there are a lot of shops and it's great to go to shopping and also to eat. One of the best place to eat is the Italian pizzeria Rossopomodoro. In absolute, one of the best pizza eaten in Prague.

Large shopping mall with food court and lots of coffee shops.
Nice mall with lots of stores. Mostly the same brands you will find in any other European shopping mall (think Calzedonia, Mango, Marks & Spencer, Starbucks …). Food court offers a huge choice but it’s mostly mediocre quality food. In the lowest level there is a coffee shop, a Czech chain called Basics, that does the best espresso I’ve had in a long time.

Worth a look especially if it is raining
Nice place and worth a look. Lots of branded expensive goods and only really noteworthy because it has a Marks and Spencer's. The top floor consists of a food court with a wide range of food options. We had a really nice meal there, but when we returned one evening about 8 o'clock they could only take cash and a number of the sellers were less than engaging with the customers as I felt they wanted to go home.

Yes this a big Pink building which is lovely architecture and houses a good size shopping complex inside with a food court, shops of all sorts and a grocery store / super market inside.
What I find hard is that most people walk past the most significant part of the building which is the plaque on the front of the building, right between the doors, which is the plaque commemorating that this is the place where the Czech national anthem was written / founded.
It is a unique historical piece which most people walk by and don't even realize it.
If you go there, ensure you stop when entering the building and take note of the unique historical aspect of the Palladium.

It is a big shopping mall near the Old Town. There are a few levels and the food court is on the top level, which offer good selection of food. There is a big grocery store where we got our daily need.

I approached the counter of the pharmacy to see if they had a specific type of cold medicine. There were 2 employee women there just talking to each other, laughing, and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. After about 10 seconds I went to the cash register to see if that person could help me, but she ignored me as well. So, I just left.

Positives:
Didn't see any

Negatives:
Customer Service or lack thereof
There were hardly anything for sale in the store itself........it was all behind the counter

Right in the centre of town and popped in for some quick food and ended up browsing most of the 200 shops! It is so clean and with 5 levels theres something for everyone. Top floor is dedicated to many types of fast food. There’s plenty of information screens to find what you are looking for too.

Excellent location and great variety of shops and cafeterias. Check out the plan of the mall in order to know your walking directions. Sale at a lot of shops-but check the prices. It is open from 7:00 am for the supermarket and the shops are open around from 09:00 am

Trying to fit a new modern mall into old Prague probably was not an easy task.

Like all malls, It is convenient one stop shopping. Five floors with great variety of stores and 30 restaurants. Food court is on the top floor.

Although I can't imagine traveling to Prague and going to a restaurant in a mall, it is a great place for the locals. As a tourist I don't spend much time shopping anymore but was curious. It is very much like the malls in the US.

The mall was finished in 2007, constructed on a site of old dilapidated barracks in the Republic Square. It is definitely an improvement.

This is a beautiful, bright and clean shopping centre with great coffee shops. It is centrally located and very easy to access with most international brands and labels having lovely stores. The service, however, in every store, coffee shop and particularly from the information bureau was appalling. Shop assistants are rude, unpleasant, disinterested and suspicious. Rather shop in W Square if you want to feel welcomed and comfortable in a store.

There was a market outside when we came by over Christmas. It was smaller than the other ones though.
the mall itself is quite large and I thought it was nicely spaced out. Multiple floors of chopping as well as a food court at the top. Nice shops and there was a supermarket at the bottom where we could do a bit of shopping. It was a decently sized mall which was nice to look around.
