Great winter activity to do with friends or a significant other! It was very relaxing and nice to spend some time in a hot tub to warm up from the cold weather outside. Unlimited beer is included and it was pretty good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They switched our location a day before hand (it was not that big of a change in distance) and they gave us a gift to apologize. Overall, I had a lot of fun doing this activity and I would recommend adding this to your itinerary, especially if you visit during the winter.

Great Experience, perfect Recommendation for a Bachelor Party

We made a reservation for 4 people for 2 hours as part of the programme of a bachelor party. We enjoyed the combination of two bathtubs, where hops and malt where added to the water, a sauna, a shower, and a large bed to relax, as well as free and limited access to lager and dark beer with different sized glasses. The service was great as well. We will return for sure and definitely recommend it for bachelor parties, groups of friends, business trips, and couples.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend's Christmas and wasn't sure what to expect; we both loved it! (Ages 30&35). It was super relaxing, you get free pints when you arrive there in the reception area while waiting for your treatment if you like, also unlimited during the spa and when you finish you are encouraged to sit around and continue to enjoy the beer free of charge. We went at around 3pm and left feeling so relaxed and a bit drunk ready for our dinner/night out, was the perfect start to the evening for our last night in Prague.

Michael, who was working in the reception during our visit, was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed and at ease during our visit. He chatted away while we continued to drink a pint or two after the spa and recommended places for us to go in the city.

The facilities themselves were also really cool. We had a private room with a bath, a bed, a shower room, shoes and towels and of course unlimited beer taps.

10/10 would recommend it!

Lovely birthday experience!

Booked the beer spa for my boyfriends birthday and couldn't fault the experience at all. We arrived around 15 minutes early and were able to sit in the reception area and drink a couple of beers. The receptionist informed us that the sauna in the room we had booked was out of order and that they would refund us the difference between that room and the one without the sauna. They also gave us a couple of their products at the end of the experience for free to apologise for this which was a lovely touch.

The spa itself was lovely and incredibly relaxing. You are left in privacy for the full hour to really enjoy the whole experience.

As it was my boyfriends birthday, there was a birthday card and a small bottle of the beer shampoo in the room when we arrived for him which again was a lovely touch.

I’d give this place a 0 if i could. I live in England and booked a trip to Prague for my sisters 18th (it’s not a place I’d choose to visit) but she wanted to go, then the pandemic of covid 19 hit and our trip got cancelled I got refunded everything else that I booked for but not for this stupid beer spa they offered me a voucher for 2021 I accepted at the time but as you know England are still fighting this stupid virus and will not be travelling this year I’ve asked for a refund again due to the pandemic causing me mental health issues and financial problems my booking was £150 which doesn’t seem a lot but for someone who is in need of money that would help me so much and it’s for a service I will no longer be able to even use. This company are refusing a refund and ignoring my emails even if I did visit in the very distant future I’d never wish to go there due to their lack of empathy I’m now having an ongoing stressful dispute with my card suppliers who are trying to help me get my refund but it’s causing so much distress as this beer spa company won’t reply and it’s causing the dispute to be pro longed again not helping with my mental state.

Dear Chloe (CLH9823), We regret your experience with Original Beer Spa. Our multi-award winning concept is based on the personal approach, trust and satisfaction of our clients. We always try our best to help our clients. Therefore, we contacted all our clients in advance and offered to cancel the reservation and 100% return money or vouchers valid for 3 years. Whoever chose the voucher was sent the voucher. Whoever chose a refund, we sent the money within 7 days. We returned money to hundreds of people because of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are not aware that there will be a single guest left unanswered or a pending refund. Can you email us at manager@beerspa.com your name, the date of the reservation and the communication you sent us? We'll check it right away. There are many beer spas in Prague. Are you sure you should have booked with us? If you are wrong, you need to delete this negative rating and contact the spa where you have a reservation. Stay healthy and safe. Something a bit different

A bit of novelty, but if you like beer it's great. Being British we were stressing about not having costumes, but you have your own room with your own loo and own shower. You can have a beer before, during and after....
If we had bought costumes we would have had the four of us in one room. It's nice and warm, the beer bread is home made and tasty and the spread is vegan which surprised us all.
It was surprisingly relaxing, you come away chilled and with soft skin.
Let's face it, where else can you have a beer bath!

Wonderful experience

Really enjoyed this Unique experience, even for a non beer drinker like myself the beer spa was fab and skin felt great afterwards. Loved the spa room it was great. Only downside was it wasn't long enough I felt for the money, 50 minutes in total, 20 minutes in the tub and the rest to lay on straw bed and get dressed again, although there is nothing to stop you staying longer in the tub just jacuzzi goes of after 20 mins as long as you are ready to leave room in 50 mins it's fine. Having the full hour would be perfect but nether the less it is worth the money for the Unique experience.
Nice staff also.

My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday and it was great fun! You get your own private room so don't worry about stripping off in front of anybody. You don't need to wear anything in the tub, I did and I got hops and barley all stuck where the sun doesn't shine as I got trapped in my bikini. The tub is plenty big enough for 2 people to share, we did and we're actually glad we did so because the tubs seem quite far apart even though they're only divided by the beer pumps. The beer bubbles for 25 minutes or so and then it's time to hit the hay. You get some clogs to wear once you get out. It was a very fun experience, I can imagine if you go in a larger group it could get quite raucous with the unlimited beer!

We booked in advance, as it was for a birthday. We arrived a bit earlier than the expected time, but the staff was really kind, we sat and started drinking beer, while our room was prepared.
The girl guided us in the room, explained us the process, the timing and "ingredients" that were poured in the barrels we would lay in, and brought us some beer bread. The changing room, and spa room were private, so it was just the two of us all the time. Everything was very clean, with different towels to dry and to lay on the bed, which was more comfortable than we expected.
We also found a birthday card, it was very nice of them.
It was a pity we only booked one hour, next time we will surely stay longer!

Perfect Anniversary Date

My partner and I went to the Original Beer Spa to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We rented one of the larger rooms, which also came with a private sauna. It was a very romantic way to spend our special day. I can highly recommend it! We paid for a two hour reservation, which was the perfect length of time for us. I think that one hour would have felt too rushed. We had plenty of time to rotate between the beer tub, the hay bed, the sauna, and the buckets of cold water. The Original Beer Spa even gave us a nice anniversary card with a gift!
