Native of New York City, he is a multi award winning magician/illusionist. Jonathan has toured extensively and appeared on numerous international television programs. Jonathan wanted to bring a little NYC flava to Prague. The end result of that dynamic vision is M1 Lounge. You can catch Jonathan's show "The Prague Illusion" On weekends.

Draw your own conclusion but I'll share this story. This is the fourth or fifth time I've been to this club over the years and I've previously had no problems. This time, me and 3 other black family members had been there for no longer than an hour and a half, had bought a lot of drinks, caused no problems with anyone and had decided it was time to move on to our next destination. Me and 1 other had previously given our jackets over to the cloakroom woman who was smiley and happy to put both jackets on one ticket no drama. When it came time to leave, she got really irate when I asked her for my jacket and she demanded my ticket. I literally smiled and said "come on you know you put both jackets on that hanger can I have my jacket please". She angrily gave me my Moncler jacket stormed away and started shouting whatever she was saying to one of the bald bouncers. At this point anyway we have thought nothing of it and are actually saying bye to the owner / staff as it had been a good start to the night. Then put of nowhere the skin head bouncer goes for one of my party. Then another grabs another one of my party and lifts him off the floor in a chokehold almost putting him to sleep. At this point it all kicks off and we start throwing hands with them giving as good as we are getting. They are stomping on heads, we are defending and swinging back, pepper spray is used and eventually we are out on the street. Pepper spray is used again, the fights continue, the owner pulls out a baseball bat and all sorts. But the main point of the story is. This all came from na nothing situation and they thought it was ok to be as brutal as possible. So if you do go there be ready to defend yourself because you never know what stories are being told to the staff especially from the cloakroom woman.
Stay safe and in my opinion don't give these cowards your money there are plenty of other places in town

Last night we three Indian friends went to this club and according to which we were treated. We could never even imagine. We first went there and take it three beers and we sat down with a table, 10 minutes after that we did not even finish the beer. Three bouncers came and asked us left the table then we asked to them why they gave to us reason it's reserved if the tables reserved then why did you not ask to us first that about your table after that when my friend asked about that to bouncer he didn't give to him answer and push to him out side of bar and we are looking all live conditions but we all of them new there and they didn’t stop they through camicle on my friend face even he didn't sleep well full night we are totally upset. And please ignore this bar totally unprofessional staff specially bouncer they will not ask you anything so please not recommended it.

Awful avoid! The security are not there to protect, they are there to beat up compliant customers which is what I witnessed first hand. Even the manager got involved and they seem to enjoy it. Please avoid if you are travelling this place is extremely unsafe.

Brilliant bar / club.
Open until 5am and great music. The drinks are reasonably priced too.
We would highly recommend and worth a visit if you are after carrying on drinking and dancing after the pubs / bars close.

I went here on the 21st of January and was so disappointed by the calculated bar staff. The gentlemen with the slightly long brown hair kept electively adding tips to my tab and telling me was doing this in order to serve me - I was sitting at the bar directly, facing the bar?! . I wanted to argue the point but he actually said he would only serve me if I agreed to tipping.
He then spilt my drink over me and the girl at the bar, and gave shots to compensate. He then drank them himself, he seemed high / drunk to be honest.
He was serving the right side of the bar and i would advise patrons and the owner of the bar to review his self tipping and general conduct. I’ve been in clubs throughout the world and never experienced such calculating and messy staff.

it was horrible. was given free tickets for drinks and a show. it was horrible. they gave us shots instead of drinks and i talked to the bouncer where he was admit that he told us free shots - this is not the case as 8 people agreed. horrible service, disgusting area - not clean at all. one of the worst experiences I’ve had in prague - love this city, love the people but not this club. would recommend dubliner (down the road) or epic over M1.

This is one of the best happening club in town. Staffs are friendly and the DJ music are on point. Most of the time it is packed with locals and tourists. The only thing is the club size is not big enough and dance floor is too small. If you happen to go for drink and chill its perfect. If you are there to do some dance then dancing space is narrow, which is fine coz I do not mind narrow spaces but some people might not like it. They also let you book the booth and booth are spacious for 6-8 people. I would love to go back again.

I highly recommend visit this place. I was satisfied with bartenders, who make tasty and good looking 🍹. On the weekend there are two different DJs so party is overwhelming. You feel safe at this place, much thanks to security guys.

Worlds worst lounge ever I have seen.... no reason to go there... empty club. Before you finish the drink the manger come and ask you to leave as they have reservation which is lie. Either you send lots of money or leave the lounge. If you protest they will beat you like dog. You will be helpless to say any words against the bouncers.

I came here with my friend and the bouncers clearly think abusing women is okay. The bouncer hit my friend... who is a women, straight in the face tonight. NEVER COME HERE they are disrespectful and rude.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

wir möchten auch gerne den JGA meiner Schwester in dem Club feiern. Ich habe mich jedoch erschrocken, dass man einen Mindestverzehr von 556 € hat, wenn man einen Tisch für 9 Personen reservieren möchte.
Darf ich fragen, wieviel ihr zahlen musstet?
