Address
Neighborhood: Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

The rudest customer person in the whole world!
Sep 2021 • Family
The Thai lady that attended us was extremely rude. She shouted at us, told us: "I don't have time" when we were taking our shoes off, and was complaining in Thai the whole time. This behavior can't be at all acceptable. She should definitely be fired, otherwise she'll destroy your business. As for the fish massage, we enjoyed it.

Not recommendable
Jul 2021 • Friends
We wanted a 30 min long foot massage, what we got was a 15 min foot massage and a 15 min long neck massage which we we didn’t ask for and which we weren’t asked if we wanted. They do not accept cards but said they would accept euro but what they didn’t tell us that they charge 5€ exchange fee per person. At the end they kind of forced us to tip them.
The place was very humid with now air condition. Overall the price-performance ratio was inadequate.

Avoid like the plague: rude, abusive and horrific experience
Aug 2020 • Friends
I left this place earlier today and had to create an account just to warn people against going here.

Avoid this place like the plague! On top of extremely rude and abusive treatment by front desk staff, the place looked unhygienic and smelled damp. I regret having ever given this establishment money and I would urge others not to bother unless you are in the mood to be barked and threatened by the staff who work there, specifically the long haired male at the reception who is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

I have never experienced such rude and despicable customer service in my life! I arrived at this place with my mother and friend as we had been gifted a massage treatment by somebody. Evidently there must have been an issue or confusion with the bookings (though 3 treatments were indeed booked for us), however instead of calmly explaining whatever he was confused by, the man at reception dismissively and aggressively complained, insinuated that we were making problems and shooed us upstairs to begin.

Bewildered, but still willing to proceed towards the damp and unhygienic looking room, we continued making our way upstairs. At this point my mother very kindly requested a female masseuse - which is certainly not an uncommon request and has been happily accepted by other Thai massage parlours, so there was no reason to think such a request would trigger such anger or contempt in anybody. This man’s response was to roll his eyes and aggressively shout (about the male masseur) “he’s not gonna do anything to you, it’s just a massage, it’s not like he’s going to lick you”, which of course is very comforting to hear during a pandemic(!)

He continued to complain and shout at us though we were not difficult and nothing but polite even up until this point. He told us if we weren’t happy we should “go home” and his body language was very aggressive towards my mother. At this point I had enough and confronted this man about his awful attitude and abusive manner. He insinuated that we had been causing problems for him “all week”, which was bizarre to say the least as we had just newly arrived to the city and had never been to this place before. It was clear that this man was either deranged or had us confused with other people, but there is no situation in which it would be acceptable to scream at customers, never mind in front of a salon packed with other paying customers.

My final request was to be directed to a manager but the both the staff and the man refused to direct me to one, claiming that they did not have to give us any of that information. When I asked for his name, the receptionist also refused to give it to me and stormed away.

Absolutely zero etiquette, shame, customer service or human decency was displayed here. Avoid!!!

STOP. Go elsewhere
Sep 2019 • Solo
Thai Paradise is HORRIBLE. Go elsewhere There is nothing nice about this place. The staff and workers are horrible and unfriendly. I meant to go to a different place but accidentally ended here, they lied and said they were Thaiworld. When I noticed prices were different, I asked for their WiFi so I could show them what I found online. The Russian guy abruptly said there’s no WiFi because it’s a place of relaxation and not cell usage. Hmmm.

I opted for the Traditional Thai 60 min massage for 1199Kc. That’s $50 US dollars! Met the masseuse who was salty and unhappy. I should have left then. The massage style is not Traditional Thai, no stretching or working in motion of the body.

She tried to crack my back and all my knuckles and joints. She scoffed and started speaking in her language when I told her no adjustments and I just want a Thai style massage. She proceeded to tell me 3 x during the massage she would give a good massage if I give her a good tip. When I asked if she could stretch my arms behind she acted surprised and laughed.

At the end she again demanded a tip. I regrettably gave her a generous tip because I felt bad. I don’t think they’re paid well and I definitely won’t return! Try Thaiworld instead. It’s where I meant to go.

Noisy, Rude environment for a Thai Massage. Keep on walking.
Sep 2019 • Couples
My husband and I came in for a on hour massage. I told the pushy guy that I did not want a man (so did my husband) and he totally ignored what I said. After a nice woman came in within about 10 minutes there was a noisy meal time gathering in the room right next to me that was so loud it was ruining the massage. The therapist went to get the English speaking receptionist and I told her to ask them to be quiet. She said she would but nothing changed. The noise and constant chatter continued. I had to suffer through 80% of the massage with loud talking and laughing right next to me. When the massage was done I ask who the manager was. She said no one was in charge. She told me she was the only one and the owner was not on the premises. When I pressed her about why the noise continued she just shrugged her shoulders. She admitted she never even asked them. I asked for 1/2 of my money back and she shook her head no. I told her that I would let others know not to come to the salon and I think she thought I was kidding. I guess she will find out!

Beware of a scam with the rate of exchange
Sep 2019
My complaint is not about the massage which was good but it is with the front person that collects your money. I was at the massage place near Charles Bridge. There is a young Russian guy who works there. I wanted to pay in Euros. This was my second time there and he pretended to give me a discount but after I finished the massage I realized that he cheated me and charged me 10 Euros more. I can afford it and I take responsibility for not doing the math before that. When I confronted him, he said that they have a special rate of exchange. I said, there is no such thing, you cannot charge more than your published price. I told him that this place economy is based on tourists and it's not worth it to cheat. He said he didn't care. " I don't make the rules he said" basically blaming his boss whoever that is. My sense is though that he cheat innocent tourist and probably pocket the difference. So, he is also cheating his boss and giving the place a bad name. I asked for a refund and he said "no." Then he said he was sorry and doesn't make the rules. I was with a group of 16 people which I was going to bring with me but instead, I told everyone not to go there.

The lesson is, don't bite the hands that feed you. I hope the owner of the place sees my review and does something about it. They only take cash. Now I understand why.

I'm staying in Prague for a while but will definitely not sponsor this establishment again.

It's too bad. It's just not worth it to lie to tourists as we write in Trip Advisor and people pay attention.

Thajsky Raj - Excellent End to a Beautiful Day!
Jul 2019 • Couples
My wife an I got excellent foot massages after walking over 20,000 steps all over Prague. We each had a different masseuse. Both were excellent! The price was very reasonable - we went in tired and sore and exited floating on air.

Floating on air .....
Jul 2019 • Friends
After booking in for a 30 minute foot massage plus 30 minute back massage following a 6 hour guided tour, I ended up having 2 hours of authentic Thai massage which was heaven!! Completely rejuvenating.

Tic, who was my therapist started the treatment (which was on the lower ground in a separate treatment room) and saw quickly that I had a lot of tension and built up stress in my body... being my first Thai massage I didn’t quite know what to expect although I knew about the ‘walking on you’ being normals. She mentioned that in Thailand the first massage is usually 2 hours, I said I’d have loved that! So she asked if there was time with her would I like to extend? I said yes .... next minute I was having 2 hours of treatment. Although painful at times ( as I’m used to usual Swiss and sports massage) I was happy for the pressure to be applied knowing how good you can feel after. She was also picking up where I had specific issues, though my feet similar to reflexology, so she was able to work those areas through.... I came out of there feeling like I was walking on air, amazing! I now need to find authentic Thai massage in London, so if anyone has a recommendation, please let me know 😬.
