Music and overall scenery are a unique experience. The food (main course) however is below all standards. The wine is way too expensive. A french wine sold in retail at 9,5 euro is on the card for +50 euro.

The quintet and two singers were topnotch and I say this as someone who has subscribed to the Lyric Opera of Chicago since 1971. Dinner was ok. It was what I expected, but service was bad. They totally forgot about our first course until my husband left the table to find someone. We were served as they cleared other people's bowls. The couple at the next table ordered the unlimited wine. They went the entire main course without wine, had to find someone to get wine during dessert and it was a less than generous pour. Go for the music and save your money on drinks.

Memorable evening in the most beautiful ballroom. The service was faultless and the music excellent.
The opera singers wander around the diners, it is all very entertaining, intimate and enjoyable. worth every penny.

Everything I wanted it to be. The singers were phenomenal and so charming! We had a programme with the details of each song so we knew what was happening. The surroundings were luxurious, the food was delicious. We sat on a table of 8 and made friends with our fellow diners. Everyone was happy, the spirit of the evening was such a dream.
Don't be afraid to dress up!! While there are always those who don't make the effort, most people took the opportunity to get fancy and add to the occasion by donning their glad rags so don't hold back!
Arrive in plenty of time so you have the chance to fully take in your surroundings and get lots of photos before the room fills up.
Don't film the performers or shove your phone in the air in everyone else's line of sight during the performance; it destroys the atmosphere.
Make sure you know where you're going before hand.
Don't try to ride the metro without paying; they shamelessly target tourists.

The concert itself is marvellous, the decoration of room is perfect, and the service is pretty good. But the food is mediocre and the unlimited drink package is definitely not worth it.

Very Enjoyable evening, although not being my taste in music, the whole event was fantastic, lovely surroundings, food was tasty, and the music itself was flawless. Great service and very good value for money.

I was an opera newbie. This was a great introduction. My wife and I had smiles on our faces all night. Food was good and entertainment was better.

In a small theater like that, all are good seats. But I definitely feel the main floor, and as close as u can get is the best choice. Enjoy

Once you get your tickets, there is information on how to contact them about special dietary needs. I didn't notice it until too late and they were serving beef as the entree. We are not meat eaters and when I told the waiters, they actually were able to prepare us a vegetarian meal without notice.

When you write “do you offer vegetarian dishes” please note that you are not asking the organizers of the dinner, but ordinary travelers posting on Trip Advisor.
Having said that, the answer is yes - the soup and dessert are vegetarian, and for the main course you can choose between meat, fish or vegetarian. (We had the fish.)

Hi. I have booked a seat for myself for Mozart dinner from the website. But, by mistake I selected the option " I want a gift voucher". After the payment was made, I received a confirmation email with details of the booking and then an email containing the gift voucher instead of a ticket for myself. So, can I use this gift voucher as my go to ticket?

I font think that is possible as it is a Mozart Dinner. It's approximately £75 per person (that's the unlimited drinks package) but it is superb, professional and a memory to last a life time, a very special treat! We asked for a small table so were shown to our table for two in the front . Wonderful.

Is the seating first come/first serve or are we assigned to a table?

I am looking @ making reservations for the dinner around Christmas. I am unsure of what seats I should request, which are still plentiful this early. My husband thinks a box upstairs in the rear, may be the best for acoustics & viewing. The price is the same as sitting on the floor in the front. That is a kind of experience you will not get anywhere else because you will be seated a few feet from the artists.The exclusive balcony box offers maximum privacy because you will be seated there only with your company entourage and you will also have a beautiful view of the entire room.
