Walked up the steep stair path to St. Vitus Cathedral and I was not disappointed. The view of the city was phenomenal; one of the moments that made me fall in love with Prague. The architecture was breathtaking and the property was well maintained. Add...More

Gothic Church is within the castle grounds...need to go through security check (stay away from the line with large bus tours where people have lots of bags/cameras etc). We were with a 5hr small group day Prague tour (and so our leader gave us lots...More

Part of our ticket to Prague Castle, but the cathedral was inspiring. Very high vaulted ceilings, and a number of important tombs and relics. The restored stained-glass is magnificent.

Stained glass windows, ornate arches, beautiful sculptures - you can spend hours discovering the cathedral.

Visit castle and Cathedral both really a must if on holiday. Need at least 3 hours. Entry is by ticket and you require ticket for a number of other places in Castle.

It's a beautiful church built in Gothic architecture that dates from the 14th century. There are many attributes inside and out that contribute to the overall beauty of the cathedral. I definitely recommend visiting this landmark in Prague. I especially liked the carvings on the...More

A grand cathedral, certainly, but too crowded to view with any pleasure. Staff are quite aggressive in their ticket monitoring. Bet viewd from the outside (free).

You have to pay to get in, so before you get in the line that stretch a mile, buy your ticket to get to see inside the church. The best thing about the place is the outside of the Cathedral.

We visited here on our trip to Prague Castle. A bit shoehorned into the space but superb architecture inside and out. The huge window is amazing, so high seldom seen elsewhere. Very crowded here so find some space to take some photos. Architecture outside as...More

It is best to go with a tour guide. You get in easier, without waiting 8n long lines. The tour guide also gives interesting information about St. Vitus!
