Such a beautiful eclectic place to visit. Lots of places to chill with a coffee or beer. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. A fab mix of old and new, a visit not to be missed.

The Square itself is lovely. Sadly, our experience was spoiled when we went to get a beer and a snack from the wooden cabins on the square. Price lists look great - when you go to pay you are told that food is charged by...More

The square itself is nice and worth a look, I just wouldn’t spend to much time here or eat at any of the places around as their normally expensive and not authentic.

Big square with very beautiful old buildings. Usually there are stands where you can buy the local specialties (BBQ ribs or pork-knees) with tasty czech beer. You also have to look at the old astronimical clock that is located on this square.

We enjoyed the Old Town Square. We went in the evening when there were a lot of performers that were very entertaining (they perform informally for money). Great places to eat all around the square.

One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

Yes, you will be able to visit other towns by trains & buses. You must see Cesky Krumlov, a beautiful medieval town. It's about 2 & a half hours away.
