Grand square with a lot of attractions around. When you travel to Prague, it is easy to orientate all attractions from the old main square. A lot of tourists, sometimes too many. Funny street performers.

One of the most beautiful old towns I have ever seen. Lots of beautiful old buildings, lots of history, shops and restaurants. The place, as you would expect in Prague, is very busy. Lots of action, fun, music etc. If you prefer a quit place...More

This is the center and the hart of the town. If you get lost, which we did a few times, you just find your way back here. Close to here is the Tyn church which is a must see. We went to a concert here...More

Visited at night due to being a short business trip to Prague. Massive square with lots of interesting architecture - the style brings to mind Bavaria in Germany which does not surprise given its proximity.

bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

The fabulous St. Thomas Church (Josefska 28/8) definitely has services on Saturdays. Normally at 12:15 and 18:00 in English. Check their website for more details on which chapel, etc.

I use my Charles Schwan's bank account debt card when I travel. It refunds all Atm fees worldwide and gives the bank exchange rate.
