Very lovely place to visit, the square is surrounded by old buildings which all have different styles and colours. It does get extremely busy though so you do have to fight through crowds but it's a must if you go to Prague!

The old town area was very cool. We loved the area and all of the architecture throughout the entire city was amazing. The beer is cheap and the food is good!

square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

Yes, you will be able to visit other towns by trains & buses. You must see Cesky Krumlov, a beautiful medieval town. It's about 2 & a half hours away.
