Private World War II and Communism Tour
We had contacted Jana, from Prague Journeys, to organise a tour covering both topics and she was so helpful in putting together an itinerary that covered both. She also suggested changing the day of our tour so that all the sites we wanted to visit would be open. We were picked up on time by Jana and Tomas, our driver, in a very comfortable van. Jana checked with us to find out what we had already seen so that we could concentrate on other aspects. She was very organised, knowledgeable enthusiastic and we saw places and sites both in the city and outside that we would never have found on our own.
The amount of information we were given was just right - enough to gain a good understanding but not so much that we were overwhelmed. She even included snacks and water as our tour went for 5 hours.
At the conclusion of the tour Jana gave us a package with maps, tourist information and lots more information about everything we had talked about, including suggested books and movies. She followed up later to check that the tour had met our expectations and whether anything could be improved. The tour, Jana and Tomas were excellent and I definitely recommend using Jana to organise your tours in Prague.
