I booked a tour for a group in February of this year. Comparing the prices to back home (UK), for a two hour tour, it's certainly great value for money.
I had great email communication with the team before we set off for Prague, they were not pushy and kept us informed throughout.
On our way to find the location we were hassled by a number of competitor Segway companies, who really were quite pushy, all promising to beat any price. Theres a lot of them in Prague, so I'd suggest doing your research first.
Yan was our tour guide and was extremely helpful and knowledgable and quickly adapted to our group type.
I'd fully recommend SegwayTrip as they are friendly, have good communication and can be trusted. No deposit is required before leaving for Prague and they even offered for us to pay at the end of the trip, however we paid before we set off.
If in doubt about anything use their website and ask questions, you'll get a great response. It was good to deal with a company who speak a good standard of English and were great at communicating throughout.
