The visit is a must for beer fans. The tour is entertaining and leads through the exhibition via audio guide. It does not deal extensively with the brewing process but rather with the history of Pilsner Urquell. The group size is very different, so there is little space in some rooms. The beer hall at the end offers space to enjoy some Pilsner Urquell for the included beer coins. There is also a small menu. A very unique tour in the sense that it was self guided with headphones but thoroughly detailed with automatic transitions from one section to another. Highly interactive especially towards the end whereby we could smell the hops etc and taste the beer. Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. Super welcoming environment with excellent in depth explanations of the brewing process and history.

It's a fun experience with 10 different language options and a couple of interactive games. You get a beer tasting in the middle. They explain in a fun way how the beer is made and were it came from. At first we thought they couldnt tap a good beer here but it turns out there's an explanation for that. And thats the way it's supposed to be. Ooppsie 2x beets at the end. We wanted some snacks but the kitchen closes at 5 so keep that in mind.

Very nice interactive tour. I didn't know anything about beer brewing and the origin of 'pilsner' which we drink in the Netherlands, nice information about the history and origin of the beer. We have often drunk this beer in Prague and have therefore become enthusiastic and have done this tour. You get 2 nice beers afterwards so worth it anyway 😇

It was a good experience, the headsets are very clever and tell you when it's time to move on with sensors. The tour is quite short, you then taste a beer and then go into an interactive games room. The games room was actually malfunctioning which we didn't even realise, but due to this, they gave us an extra free token each to use in the bar at the end. This meant that with the beer tasting, free tokens and personalised beer bottle (booked via getyourguide) it meant we had about 8 beers included in the price!!

6 years ago, we did the Heineken Tour in Amsterdam so we decided to try this one in Prague.
We did the basic tour without beer tapping. The interactive audio tour was fun and you could really feel the passion the Czechs have for their beer. The staff was friendly. However, we expected a bit more. The tour ended in about 30 Minutes. We thought we would be spending about 2 hours at this place. We expected more interactive games or trivia or that we would at least see an actual brewery. It was interactive videos and audios, it was very interesting but that was it. At the end there was a wall with games which we played for about 5 minutes before being called to move on. After the 30 Minutes, you get 2 chips that you can then exchange for beer at the restaurant.

Staff perfect. Adam was great host. Beer excellent with good explanations but the whole entourage was outfashioned. We expected to see a little more of the real beer brewing process, but it was all staged. Tasting delicious beer afterwards. Kitchen closed at 17h45 pity.
