We did the communism tour (which isn't listed here). This included an explanation about what life was like for the people of prague during the soviet regime. It also includes you visiting a nuclear shelter that was constructed in event of an atomic explosion. It was very interesting and the lady (which name I sadly didn't catch) brought the history and cultural aspects to life in a somewhat sarcastic but also very genuine way Absolutely loved it, money well spent, 10/10 recommend it!

Mikaela was a fantastic guide, both knowledgeable and funny. Made us interact in some of the stories she told, as well as telling stories with great empathy. We learned the story of Prague from when it was just an unprotected flood prone village via middle aged wall protected town with its kings, onwards towards more modern Prague. Interesting to se the houses they had back in the 11th century and onwards. And that life was quite dangerous back then. Highly recommended!

A fun and unusual way to learn about Prague is by booking an Underground Tour. Our tour guide, Natalie, not only was dressed in costume, carrying a lantern, but she was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and humorous which made learning about the dark side of Prague fun. It was an evening tour, which helped to set the mood as we walked the dark streets of Prague and went underground. I highly recommend this trip!

This historical underground tour was lacking in both history and being underground. While the tour guide was enthusiastic and friendly, it was 90 mins of mostly fiction and fakery. I expected to be underground and learning about Prague’s rich history but this tour was a visit to 3 different cellars which contained unrealistic props from fake skeletons and spiders to wooden coffins and toy cats. The only bonus was being out of the -10 deg temps temporarily.

We met our guide Maki at 3pm at the Prague Underground Tours ticket office (a few hundred metres past the Astronomical Clock). Maki was an excellent guide. The tour was interesting and informative. It is partly overground and partly underground and lasted around 90 minutes.

We did the nuclear bunker tour with our guide Maki. It was a really fun tour and Maki was very knowledgeable. We started near the old town square and he took us on a quick tour of Prague including the Velvet Revolution Monument. Then we took a tram ride to the nuclear bunker and spent a considerable amount of time in there. Maki was funny, witty and always accommodating and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend this tour.

Was very interesting and fun to learn and see the nuclear bunkers of Prague and the history from the Nazi’s as well as the USSR’s influence on the country. Maxim was an amazing tour guide he was very informative and knew the answer to everything we had asked him and was very friendly and helpful. Was a great experience with a great tour guide!

Wonderful 90 minute walking tour with our very enthusiastic tour guide Mikaela, who brought it to life and was very friendly and funny. We learned a lot about the historical development of Prague from the 10th century onwards and how the dungeons came about. Also learned about the architecture and some of the key characters. There are several dungeons to visit, which was fascinating. Our group was quite large (about 29 - I think they normally cap at about 25) but it was still OK for hearing all the commentary.

A very interesting tour in (and under) the old town of Prague. Our guide Mickaela was so funny and I loved the way that she tell the story with a mix of historical details and fun facts from the past. It's a shame because I did not have money with me and I could not give her a tip despite the fact that she deserves it... Think to get a little tip with you to thank her at the end.
I advise also to complete this activity with some other historical tours like the visit of the castle and the cathedral.

Absolutely recommend this tour if you are visiting Prague. We learned a ton of history in such a short amount of time. The walk itself is very easy and our guide, Natalie, really knows her stuff. She kept it light and fun and had awesome energy throughout the 90 minute tour. Lots of great photo ops and spooky dark history.

Hi. Not sure. We went the day before to see what times were available with an English guide. We only had 5 people on the tour so it wasn't too busy. Happy to answer any other questions about Prague for you.
