We thought the Ultimate Tour sounded perfect to give us an overview of Prague and some history. In the beginning, I stayed right on top of our tour guide, Helga, who was a very warm and nice lady. She had a very thick accent so it was difficult to understand everything. She seemed very knowledgeable. However, there were 17 of us in the tour and Praguer provided no headsets so it was impossible to hear Helga for most of the tour. We felt very rushed through the entire tour and were left at the castle to find our way back on our own. Maybe that was in the description and I missed it. Overall, we were very disappointed.

So glad we did this tour! We stayed in Prague for 3 nights so found this great as it covered most of the places on our list to visit!! Nina was our tour guide and she was fantastic! So informative and encouraging us to ask questions but really good fun with witty one liners! We were just a small group but really didn’t mind as it was much easier to keep up and hear what was being said!! Nina’s English was perfect and easy to understand!! When we reached the end of the tour at Prague castle Nina was able to give us train tickets and gave us clear instructions how to get back to our hotel!! This tour does involve a lot of walking however if fit and able really isn’t a problem! To be expected when your on city breaks! We also had a boat ride which included a complimentary drink and was a nice wee break to rest your legs! This tour also included a 3 course lunch which was tasty enough!! I would recommend this tour to anyone on a short tour of Prague!

Visited Prague last November for my 40th birthday and booked up on the 'Ultimate Tour of the City' walking tour for the middle Saturday of our trip. Very enjoyable and educational trip not spoilt by either the biting cold or the protests against the government, which meant we couldn't get up to the castle. The highlight of our tour was our guide Blanka, who apart from her encyclopaedic knowledge of Prague livened up the day with her dry sense of humour and witty perspectives on the city's history. Good company, good food for lunch and a short boat tour too. Perfect for an introduction to the city!

We booked this tour as we were on a tight time frame and wanted to experience as much of Prague as possible, we were not disappointed ours was a small group (6) our guide Suzanna was informative and entertaining as well as answering any questions we fielded to her. This is a long day with a lot of walking as well so much spectacular architecture and culture to see and experience.

We completed the 6.5 hour tour with Blanka ,our tour guide. She was ,entertaining, knowledgeable and fun to be with for the day. She was energetic and put her heart & soul into showing us Prague via walking, boat trip and tram. This included lunch. We will always have fond memories of our Prague stay and she will be remembered fondly.
