We booked a 2-hour tour with City Bike via GetYourGuide and ended up being a private tour (as nobody else booked onto our time slot) provided by the highly capable and knowledgeable Charlotte.

2 hours really fly by when listening in deep context and learning about key (and some obscure) throughout the wonderful city. The tour is also designed to ride through parks and city streets and along the city’s riversides and bridges which offers multiple perspectives of Prague. Charlotte also offered to take pictures for us at stop-offs with the landmarks, and gives tips around currency exchanges etc.

Without a doubt, a shout-out goes to Charlotte for being so friendly and engaging. Easy to build rapport with and concise in delivery. Thank you for a fantastic experience, and we wish we booked on for longer.

Charlotte is a very knowledgeable guide. We had a great tour with interesting information about Praha and its history. Good solid bikes which is essential in the Praha streets. Very flexible. There was a huge rain storm and Charlotte moved the tour by 30 mins so we had a dry and even sunny experience. Excellent info on food and the area. A must go to!

We decided to rent bikes and ended up choosing electric ones! Great idea! Family of 4 whizzing around up and done the hills! What fun! The owner was friendly and knowledgeable with lots of recommendations. It’s a great way to get around and get a feel for the town. We got helmets and proper locks so we could park anywhere.

Came here with my son to rent two e-bikes. The shopkeepers asked for ID as deposit. I game them my employee ID card because that’s all I had on me. They explained that the law in the Czeck Republic requires visitors to have their passports on them at all times (so by that rationale, even if I had it on me how could I leave it as deposit?). At any case I explained that unfortunately, I don’t have my passport on me. So one of the shopkeepers started yelling and was extremely hostile. The other one was nicer, took my card, and gave me the bikes. The bikes were fine and we had a good time, but with this service, I’d rather go to other shops. There are plenty.

Great fun - an excellent way to take in some sites around Prague. Simon was a brilliant guide - really knowledgeable and we learnt loads that we hadn’t picked up from our wandering around on foot. Covered 4 miles in 2 hours with plenty of stops and chat. You obviously have to contend with cobbles and trams but as long as you are aware then it’s good fun! Bikes comfy and well maintained.

This bike tour is a great way to get a quick introduction to the city! The tour brings you around all of the main sites within the city and Simon had a really extensive knowledge of its history. Thank you!

We booked a tour for 6. Sadly two of us became ill and we went with four. This was no problem at all. Tour was fun and interesting, a good mix of highlights and action. The guide was michelle, a really kind woman but she could not beat us with the bike(we are dutch, told you;)). She told personal stories and background on the highlights

I would really recommend people to do the bike tour before they do a walking tour, it is faster, more fun and at least as informative!

They deliver what they promise

Went with a group of 8 ranging from ages 10 to 60 and we all enjoyed it. Excellent quality bikes and helmets for the children. Our guide, Greg was very knowledgeable and gave entertaining summaries of Prague history as we went around. A great way to orient yourself to the city. Much better than the hop on hop off tour we took the day before. The company was very flexible as we changed our reservation at fairly short notice to another day due to rain on our original booking time

What better way to zip around Prague city and take in the sights than on a bike! The bikes gave us the freedom to explore, the staff recommended where to go and suggested a few nice spots that are too touristy as well. Monk beer at the Monetary was one valuable one! Bikes can be rented for half day or full days. And at the end....they give you a free beer to quench the thirst of cycling:) Friendly staff, very good bikes....best way to see Prague
