Overview
We are a group of very good friends who love spending time outdoors – hiking, biking, running, canoeing, cross-country skiing, climbing, travelling, camping, you name it. We have decided that we would like to help you experience the same joy as we do on our trips. We want to make it easy for you to discover breath-taking sites in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, build unforgettable memories and make new friends. And sometimes even to push your limits.

The protected landscape area Bohemian Paradise (in Czech Český ráj) is a nature reserve about 90 km north-east of Prague. You will discover there the ruins of Zbirohy castle, rock labyrinth named Kalich–Chléviště and many spectacular viewpoints giving you a stunning panorama of Malá Skála village, Jizera river, Vranov castle and Frýdštejn castle. You will enjoy the remarkable beauty of the landscape and numerous historic landmarks, bizarre rock formations and deep pine forests.

I joined nomad society group to go canoeing to Sázava River. It was my first time doing canoeing, they provided us a good guidance and support. I never joined this kind of groups for this kind of events. However, I have to admit that I had fun as a kid. And I was surrounded by really nice people. So 10/10

Great experience with these guys! Would totally recommend them! We spend a great, well-organised, active day canoeing in Sazava river. Guys provided amazing support and guidance for the first-timers. Would totally go again!

Did a Sazava full day Canoe trip with the Nomad crew, all started on time, we got on the train, got our gear and had a little training time at the start as we had a lot of beginners. This river is a little challenging, so I think at least one experienced person should be on each boat :) It was team work, we helped each other flip our boats when we turned (well it happens :)) and nobody was left behind. We had 8 boats/16 people. Strongly advise renting out neoprens and shoes as the water can be cold and it also protects from the rocks :) I would not advise children to be taken on the SAMBA canoes.
