Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

They offer an amazing assortment of handmade glassware from traditional to contemporary. The showroom is like walking thru a museum viewing art. The staff was extremely helpful taking us through the steps to select exactly what we wanted. I strongly recommend a trip to Moser glass.

If you love quality crystal you came to the right place. The showroom displays unique pieces and what better "souvenir" from Prague, then crystal.

Moser - here you will find the utmost luxury. Exquisite crystal.
Art objects. Be prepared to spend....
It is an investment in the exceptional quality and the Moser name.
Buying for personal enjoyment or an amazing gift is why I have enjoyed coming back.
Or just visit for the museum-like experience. You decide.
But expect to be tempted...

We were in Prague for a week and went to Moser to purchase a set of hand carved crystal glasses both wine and water sizes. We went to the main store with the lobby down stairs and the full store upstairs. We were treated so dismissively by the staff both in the lower lobby and in the store upstairs., we finally left. The store had one other set of shoppers in the whole store…husband, wife and very bored teenaged son. Not one salesperson acknowledge our presence or offered to assist. Several female employees were chatting away in the upper level. The items were lovely and we would have purchased there. However, we went to the Gallery a few blocks away. The employees were wonderful. I bought what I wanted and am having it all shipped. It would have been nice for the Moser employee in the lower lobby to say hello when we walked in. Instead we got a dismissive head flip to the side. Upstairs was worse. Not sure why the service was so bad. We were dressed nicely not that it should matter. Anyhow, my experience.

I went there to get a Tax Refund.. The shop was full of tourists.. Many types of glass.. Tableware, jewelry, many floors to shop from.. If you want a crystal souvenir from Prague.. Go to this shop to buy what you look for.

Worth the visit to view over the beautiful gallery of art. My only regret after returning home was not purchasing wine glasses or other piece of art made by Moser. I ended up purchasing them at Neiman Marcus after the fact...

I went there on my 1st day in Prague and I had to go back in my last day. I knew that by coming here I would be buying history and good quality so the price was not a problem. They offer a wide range of glass products from all sorts of glassware to vases. You can find tumblers from 100 euro and vases from thoursands of euro. Some of the staff in there were super friendly and knowleadgable. Don´t be shy and ask them! I found the shop quite beautiful itself (you can take photos of it as well). I did not even bother looking at other glassware shops in Prague, and there are plenty! I´d defo come back and buy from them again! I wish I had more money to spend in glassware!

There is a Moser and Moser Crystal. Go to the latter, much better selection. This is the top of the heap in Czech crystal, but is not dishwasher safe and cannot be put in the freezer to chill the glasses. I found a very nice whiskey glass and bought 6-- expensive but a lovely momento. Shipping is expensive, but that is universal.

I own some Moser glass, so it was with delight that the heaven's opened while in Prague recently, and my wife's eye's rolled at me as I pointed us in the direction of the Moser store in the centre of Prague.
OK, so hand blown, wooden moulds from perhaps 150 years of production, non lead - hand cut glass, as delivered to royalty, celebrities, even the Pope is not going to be cheap, and yes some of the staff might look down the end of their noses at you if you walk in with Union Jack shorts on, or a rude T'Shirt, or even look as though you can't afford it - they do generally get it right, and after all, how many tourists pop in simply to browse through the huge display (You must go upstairs)
It is so easy to spend an hour or two looking around - its like a museum or Art gallery!
But I assure you that their attention at your first real inquiry and onwards is very special indeed. The staff are incredibly attentive and patient. On occasion I have been so undecided that I was surprised not to be thrown out as I had to hold just about every whisky glass they could find for me!
The glass itself is incredible - not too heavy, not too light, impeccably finished, elegant, dramatic, without age or modern and chic - whatever your taste, it is available, and together with incredible service, the ability to ALWAYS buy a replacement should you drop or damage something, it really doesn't get any better.
I cannot think of a negative, perhaps the 3 to 4 month wait for your delivery?
- but for me that was like waiting for a baby to arrive!

I wanted everything! When I was planning our trip to Prague I told my husband about Moser glass and he was determined to buy some pieces on our trip. This place was wonderful, the staff was very helpful. It is not cheap but in my opinion it isn't that bad since you are paying for quality and a unique piece. Note that at this store Moser is upstairs, the main floor has bohemian crystal, still very nice, and very beautiful jewelry.
