We arranged a private tour for our family of 6 and had a fantastic time. Halfway into the tour, a rainstorm approached, but our guide adjusted the routing so that we saw the major sites and got back to the dry confines of the office. He also graciously provided a refund for the unused portion of our tour because of... More

We had a great City tour with Walt! It was done at a good speed for everyone to enjoy. He was very knowledgeable. I learnt a lot about Czech history that I didn't know about. He took into consideration everyone's needs and wants when doing the tour which isn't always easy with a group - who wants to stop for... More

We took the Sunset tour with Raquelle in the evening. We almost had a private tour as there were only two other girls with us. She got to see several of the important sites in Prague including the Lennon Wall and the Prague Castle. Our guide was informative, easy going, and receptive to our needs in regards to Segway inexperience.... More

Outstanding way to see Prague. We took the 3 hour tour which covered all the main attractions and much more. Katie our guide, was excellent and a fluent English speaker. Her knowledge of the history and architecture was remarkable. I cannot recommend this highly enough, both my wife and I enjoyed this immensely and would say it is the best... More

Best way to explore Prague. The guide was new with English not so great , but he took us to see quite a few places. If it weren't that we had a walking tour the day before I might have enjoyed the historic explanations but that felt redundant though no fault of the tour guide.

The Segway tour we took was a private tour as a couple. It was a two hour tour. The guide was excellent, helpful and friendly. He customized the tour to our liking and was very knowledgeable about the city, it's history and the significance of everything in it. He also took amazing pictures of us. I would highly recommend doing... More

My three friends and I took the Kampa Park ride private tour, visiting the Maltese Square, the Lennon Wall, Charles Bridge and Kampa Park. The tour was excellent. Our guide had amazing knowledge of the city and adapted the tour route based on what we had already seen. I would recommend Prague Segway Tours to anybody, but particularly to people... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
