Our birthday celebration was utterly ruined by the appalling behavior of the staff, particularly an older, bald gentleman. Despite prearranged reservations for private areas, his genuine rudeness was shocking. It was crystal clear that our presence was an annoyance to him. Avoid this venue at all costs if you don't want your special occasions tainted by such disrespectful treatment.

Patrick doesn’t know how to talk to customers and especially with ladies. He started abusing with Czech swear words and slapping our cards on the table. We have complained a lot to the owner, but there is no action taken from them against the rude behavior of their Bowing staff.
Certain Bowling staff are racist and very rude and doesn’t respect the customers.
Bar ladies are good and helped us everytime.

Very unpleasant service, I would say aggressive. The balls are old and have holes. The system freezes occasionally, about once every 15 minutes, and requires a solution from very reluctant staff
