Established in 2018, Cartel Lounge bar is truely dedicated to connect cocktails and hookah experience together and create a perfect atmosphere for you. Cartel Lounge bar is located in one of Prague´s most desirable neighborhoods, like Wenceslas Square or National Museum with just two minutes walk. The shisha was really good! They also have very nice cocktails and drinks and the service is attentive. The interior design is also nice and comfy. Its a small place so i would recommend reserving before coming.

One of the best hookah places that i ever visited. Enjoyed every minute there. Very kind staff and reasonable prices. If you like good hookah and want to spend good time in cozy place - visit Cartel Lounge!

Cartel Lounge is one of the best shisha lounges. You barely come in and you can already feel that nice and coozy vibe. Nice staff will invite you to take your seat and give you the menu where you can choose from wide range of drinks, from non-alcoholic drinks to attractive cocktails but thtat’s not where it ends. Profesional shishaman will come to you to help you decide, which flavor would suit you or you can just choose by your own. However, shisha will satisfy you no matter what. Shisha is always delicious, lasts long and it gives you that vibe for which you came to Cartel Lounge. Besides that, you can play PS4 with your friends or any kind of desk games.
So if you really want to enjoy your time with shisha, Cartel Lounge is the right place for you without a doubt.

I am truly happy that I found this place. Perfect hookah with absolutely astonishing service and drinks was on high level too. If you are in Prague definitely try this place!

Was very happy that they opened this lounge, i come here regulary because of perfect hookah skills of shisha masters here. Staff is very friendly and have full bar. Thank you guys!

You need 100% go there, perfect hookah and top service and cool atmosphere! They have PS4 and top games - ufc, fifa19 and etc.
