Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.

Went last week following a recommendation. What a fantastic night we had. It worked out around £45 per person which included food, entertainment and an unlimited supply of beer, wine and soft drinks. The tavern is underground and were shown to our reserved spot which had rustic table and benches. We were encouraged to dance on tables and had our own waitress for the night. No need fo do anything except enjoy ourselves. The entertainment consisted of medieval reenactment, fire eaters, belly dancers and it was fantastic. Audience participation was encouraged and we had a marvelous evening.
Highly recommended and well worth the money. Special thanks to the entertainers and especially our waitress Gally who was brilliant.

We had the most memorable evening at this amazing pub, dating back to 1375. We were seated in the bottom basement room, which has stone walls and candles for ambience. We opted for the 3 course dinner with 2 drinks. The food pas delicious and ample. The entertainment was amazing: musician and singer and belly dancer made at least 4 rounds, the snake, jester / juggler, sword fighting & fire blower. Highly recommendable. Excellent service by the waiters.

Amazing night and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Prague. The food was excellent and served quickly. We ordered a juicy fillet steak with baked potato, sweetcorn, grilled courgette and rocket, as well as the beef goulash. Both lovely meals. The entertainment was amazing - belly dancing, fire breathers, sword fighting, snakes! Drinks were also cheap. £20 for 5 beers and 4 gin and lemonades. Definitely recommended!

The atmosphere is peculiar and we appreciated that. We paid for an all inclusive dinner with show 1200 czk each and had much less than expected. Appetizers, main course (with almost the same vegetables that were in the appetizers), beer (if I’m not wrong you can order as much beer as you want), a ridiculously small chocolate ice cream and, despite the incredibly high price, a liquor was not included. Definitely not worth the price, in my opinion this place is a tourist trap. The show is repetitive and less than expected considering the price.

We had such a great night here. I don’t know what was better, the food (which was all delicious) or the entertainment! The restaurant is really well done its completely candlelit and feels very authentic, right down to the mugs they serve your drinks in. Something a wee bit different and definitely a must do

This was OUR Anniversary Meal, and one that WE will never forget. 5 x Courses of Czech Cuisine which was exquisite as , along with unlimited Beer or Wine, and WE shared a Table with a Spanish Couple, whom were very Friendly and Conversational. The selection of Entertainment was out of this world - Jester/Conjuring Tricks; Fire Eating; Dancing; Sword Fight; Music. An absolute must visit when going to Prague

The experience was very nice, with excellent performer! They really made the experience into what it was. Really enjoyed the show :)

We experienced some technical issues. There were sooo many people waiting outside in a que to get in, everyone with reservations. No system for the que, and alot of people cut in line, which was super frustrating.

There was an issue with our reservation, and were seated at a different spot than what i guess was intended to us. I ordered a vegetarian course, but the starter (alread at the table) was with meat. We didnt get the dessert either.

The vegetarian course was good, but a bit boring.

Again, the experience overall was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

This place is worth going to, but the food wasn’t great. A lot of history in the place which is why it’s worth going to visit. The beer is good but I would recommend just drinking there. We didn’t have time for the show but we did get to look around at the skulls which was cool.

Found this hidden gem by chance whilst me and my partner were away in Prague. What a great experience, its like you have actually stepped back in time to a medieval tavern. Decor in the place is amazing, the staff alot of fun and friendly and the beer tasted great. If visiting Prague again would definitely return and have recommended to friends :)

This is TOTALLY WORTH IT !! A 3 hour medival show was amazing. Everyone wanted more as it was spectecular. This place should be listed in the top 10 attractions. I feel that is is under rated and it shouldn’t be this way as even the place it self is marvelous, a 13th century medival taven
