Neighborhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

Amazing place

Prague will charmed you from the first step. Day and night it's shining. Only to see downtown you have to spend at least two days. Don't hesitate to try local food as trdlnyk, bombarachka, warm honey drinks etc. It's not really expensive and you will enjoy it for sure. Two things what you have to remember. First-always bring with you your ID or passport. It should be original ( no copy allowed) One of my friend had to pay 70 euros fee because of copy ( original ID was in hotel). The second one be awarded that when you use any transport you purchase time not trip. So plan how far is your hotel. The controllers are everywhere. In the subway we've been checked twice. As well most of the machine accept only cronas coins. At least I saw only couple of them which accepted cards. And don't change euros in cronas. Better take 1000 from ATM. There's plenty of them around Prague. Because in the bureau of exchange you can see one rate and when you give them banknote they give you another one motivated it with amount of sum. Myself I had to call police because they didn't want to get me money back.

I recommend \ DownTown Transfer in Prague
Jun 2018 • Family
I had a ride with my family with DownTown Transfer from the Prague Airport to my hotel and also from the Hotel to the Prague Airport. We also had a Prague city tour and we enjoyed it a lot. The driver was always careful and our guide was very nice, they showed us the nicest places in Prague and gave us some tips. We recommend this company. Thank you guys!
