The area

Neighborhood: Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

We stumbled on this attraction when walking into the Hamleys toy store, and thought we’d give it a go, after one of the super friendly staff talked to us about it. It’s great value, and thoroughly enjoyable. We’ve never experienced VR before, and it was brilliant ! A 30 minute experience that was worth every penny !

We stumbled across this attraction whilst visiting Hamleys. Neither of us have experienced VR before, and can say we really enjoyed this session into the past!!! It was great fun, and at points we believed we were actually in the location we were seeing - trying to pick up chickens!!!!!!!, would recommend to those looking for something different and not worried in looking slightly foolish

After lots of castles, museums, and walking around, this was a welcome trip for our 11 year olds. We were just going to send our two kids on this on their own (as it's pretty pricey) but was talked into going. And we're glad we did. All of us had fun. It is really amazing VR. Keep in mind that this is housed in a really cool toy store so you may need to spend extra time in there if your kids are like mine.

I am glad I got to do this, it was just as good as I hoped and something different to try. Although it seemed short I think it was worth every penny and the staff were really nice and helpful. Thank you

I've tried to play a couple of VR based games; they make me feel sick. This was different. You put on a pack and a head set and walk around a maze, which is overlayed through the headsets as medieval Prague when the golem is made. It's a cooperative game and you have to work together. It's not scary, just really good fun.
You play in groups of 4.

I am already used to VR since we have PlayStation VR at home so I was a bit hesitant to pay the price of trying Golem VR, but after seeing the reviews in TripAdvisor we decided to give it a go. We both had a great experience. Being able to walk around while seeing each other is amazing. That you are also able to physically touch walls and fences really add to the immersion. This is like a Skyrim Lite. We both had a few glitches with sound and graphics. Therefore we give it a 4 out of 5.

Me and my boyfriend paid 100czk for 10 minutes of gameplay at the VR station. Usually isn’t my thing but it was really good! Great fun to kill some time. We played blue effect and fruit ninja, both really fun. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Great for adults and children.

Thanks! We are working on a 250 m2 room-scale experience, so if you are in Prague again in the future, you are very much welcome.

A good price and a real worthwhile experience whilst in Prague. Never experienced anything like this before and I was very impressed! Our kit malfunctioned halfway through but the team were on the case and had us sorted in no time.
