Neighborhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

The Most Legií is a bridge over the River Vlata, named after the Czechoslovak Legion that fought with the allies during World War One. The bridge spans and impressive 343 metres and is 16 metres wide. Though not quite as impressive as the Charles Bridge, it’s not as busy, but the views over the River and either bank of the river are equally impressive and the smaller crowds makes it easier to get great photos. The mixture of Neo-Baroque and Art Nouveau styles of this bridge also provides an interesting contrast to the Gothic Charles Bridge.
I wouldn’t go out of the way to see unless you have time though, but it is a good place to get some memorable photos.

This is a very nice area, only a short distance from the busty tourist areas. Good views and is over 'shooter Island'. Its worth exploring both sides of the bridge

Do not miss a visit to this bridge.
From here you can enjoy the widest panorama of Prague in front of you.
Best spot to shoot pictures.
At one end the National Theatre, at the opposite end a cosy square, and in the middle the Archers Island.
Enjoy also the view upstream and downstream. Gates to overcame the small falls are there as well.
Relax and enjoy the view.

Lots of bridges cross the mighty Vltava River ,one such crossing is Most Legii ( Legions Bridge ) .
Constructed between 1899-1901 ,it's built from granite and offers amazing views of the river and both the right bank architecture and the left bank architecture ,you can also access Strelecky Park from the bridge ,an oasis of calm in this vibrant and bustling city ,well worth checking out if you're planning a holiday to Prague.

There is nothing really special about this bridge. It connects the two sides of Prague over the Vltava river and allows access to pedestrians to Strelecky park underneath.
You can get views down to the Charles Bridge and up to the castle from the bridge as well.
We accessed the bridge from the Kampa park side so came out of the Lesser town / Mala strana area.
Cars and trams cross this bridge. The access down to the park can be reached by stairs and there is also an elevator available as well.

Built between 1899 and 1901 Most Legii ( Legion Bridge ) is a beautiful evocative looking bridge ,constructed from granite it spans the majestic Vltava River .
The bridge brings you over from Ujezd to the National Theatre ,you also can enter the beautiful island in the centre of the Vltava River and have a nice walk round the pretty park which affords great views of not just the bridge but the beautiful river.
Well worth checking out if your planning a holiday to Prague.

We scootered across this bridge on our travels. It was a nice bridge but nothing amazing. It's mainly for vehicles. However, the bridge hear gives you some great views across to charles bridge and being able to see the whole bridge is a pretty good sight.
