A great tour with Christian through the old and new town. The food, drink and places we ate in were amazing - and filled with locals, which is always a great sign. I learned so much about the history of Prague and the connection to its food. It’s a brilliant way to start any trip to Prague and I’d highly recommend it.

Chris was a great guide and the food was fantastic at all the stops but the duck, pork neck, dumplings and cabbage at the penultimate stop was an absolute stand out. Highly recommend.

We had a fun tour of Prague and tastes of Czech food and beer on this tour with Chris. The other four tourists were good companions and the tour happily ran an hour over time! We tried the local meats, beer, dumplings and pastries after starting the tour at Food Lab, a modern Czech restaurant that so impressed us we went back the next night for dinner.

Our family of 5 had a great tour with Christian. It was the first activity that we did when we landed in Prague. He showed us around his beautiful city and we sampled food and drinks from several different places. It was a perfect way to learn some history about the city while enjoying traditional Czech food and beer. Christian was a terrific guide! Don't miss out on this great opportunity with Christian:)

Chris is a great food tour guide. He made us taste excellent Czech food and explained about the traditional ingredients and what influenced the Czech food. Chris is also a great story teller, he told us about many historical events relevant to the places we visited. He was also very attentive to the group's needs.
I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it.

Chris’ food tours are small and intimate. It was my husband and I and a family from Russia with a 3 yo and a 14 yo. So tour is for all ages. Chris did a great job of showing us true Czech food and giving us a lot of history about the Czech Republic. Would highly recommend

Not only do you go on an amazing food tour with Chris, you get a lot of food and Prague history as you walk from restaurant to restaurant. Chris made sure we didn't have any allergies or food aversions, and once it was established that we like everything, we were off. The garlic soup appetizer at the first restaurant (where we went back to for a full meal) was to die for (accompanied by Slivovitz). The samplers of beers at a local brewery/pub gave us a flavor of many of the local beers available in the region. Next stop was a gourmet butcher shop where Chris ordered a fabulous charcuterie and cheese plate. Just when you thought it couldn't get better, we had delicious duck and dumplings in a beer garden. And finally, we went to a pastry shop for an assortment of heavenly pastries, which we ate in a nearby park. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip and if you are looking for an intimate food tour, this is the one!

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very informative, and fun to be with.Food tastings were great, we got to taste 5 kinds of beer! Small amounts of course,.. but you can have more if you want! Our favorites were mini-dessserts.

we were a group of four friends and we really enjoyed the tour! Chris was very knowledgeable and engaging host, the stories behind the places and specialties were perfect. Tastings were delicious, would definitely do it again!

This was a very interesting experience getting to know the places and information you wouldn’t normally discover on your common visit to Prague unless having tried this Tour, since presenter of this guide is very knowledgeable about the local places, food and drinks, linking it to the city and to everything that is important about it. The guide was also very flexible and able to tailor the tour just as was best for us.

Hello,
main tasting consists of Czech-style duck, however one of the stops includes pork. It can be left out or replaced by for example steak tartar which is made of raw beef.
