Designed for Kings, centuries ago, loved by locals to this day.
It is Prague's Largest Park . Beautiful lakes and old shade trees.
It is close To Troja Castle and the very popular Zoo.
Treat the kids, make their day .

This is a very beautiful park, where you can go and enjoy some time with your family or your own company. The park is not visited by that many tourists, so you can easily find a nice, quiet spot to enjoy the sunshine, a lunch or whatever you want to. There are several beautiful lakes there, where the ducks are swimming around :-). I definitely recommend going there, if you like being in a nice and quiet park!

Beautiful 96ha park, full of trees, also with lakes, trails for people to walk, push buggies, ride bikes or horses. Gorgeous and well-maintained investment into wellbeing.

This park is great for walking, jogging, sitting and reading, inline skating, for children's plays and probably also for ice skating on the lakes in winter. It is very large, has many benches (some of them specially designed - see one photo), lots of fully-grown trees - some rare, and newly planted flowerbeds. There are two or three bistros or restaurants. The playgrounds are renovated to be safe and attractive.

Really amazing place near centrum of Prague. Good vibes. Nature, river, fountains, pubs. Nice place for bicycles, inline skating, walking, walking the dogs, picnics and whatever you want. Must visit!

My wife, my little baby son and me spent about 4h in that park. It's huge! And very quiet. There are many walking roads, many people doing jogging, cycling, many couples with strollers, many dogs.
There are couple small ponds with ducks, many squirrels. Many different trees and plants.
We visited it in October, and we didn't find any street shops or kind of that in that park. Somebody may find that good, somebody not.
There was just one cafe working. And we liked it as well because of moderate prices and big dishes.
Highly recommended for escaping from the daily bustle and for couples with babies especially.
