Dear Jason, I am very sorry than you hurt your finger and your forearm during your visit. We do all we can to ensure that our visitors are safe. We implemented many mechanical safety features in our experience and train our staff to limit potential risks. Violence is absolutely forbidden at Thrill Park. On top of that our staff at the reception takes extra time to explain detailed safety instructions to every customer. We have processes in place to ensure that the most important safety rules get repeated twice to customers before they are allowed into our experience. I am really glad that in nearly 5 years of operation we had very few injuries. Sadly we are not able to rule out little scratches and bumps. Visitors sometimes get too excited during the experience and forget to follow the instructions carefully. I reviewed your footage from the experience and talked to the staff members on duty that day. The staff members that you encountered are all experienced and reliable employees with no history of any ofences. I am certain that none of them meant to harm you. It is however possible that some unfortunate sequence of quick moves from you and from the actor led to you experiencing some pain. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. Your one-star review comes to us a big surprise. In the videos I see you enjoying the experience all the way to the end and no staff member noticed any sign of injury or pain from you or else they would stop the show immediately. Afterwards you spent some time relaxing on the reception couches and talking to our receptionist about the experience. She does not recall you mentioning any problems either. It is her duty to record any unusual situations, injuries or complaints. Perhaps it was the adrenaline released during the walk-through that masked some of your pain. I wish you told us right then and there so that we could help you and address the situation immediately. It really saddens me that this resulted in a review where you selected words like "assaulted" and "beaten up". We like our customers, do the best for them and would never harm them. Our monsters do put their put sweat, blood and tears into scaring you down to the marrow of your bones, so this will make them feel really great about themselves in a world that otherwise despises them for being so full of horror and terror! Regarding the photos and videos part - gradually we are changing and improving on the way our cameras are set up, so thank you so much for your observations, we will include in our process of making the experience even better!
