As it is our first time in Prague, like everyone else , looked at the best place to go. This was one of them if you want entertainment . Well what can I say. It looked so glum from the outside, but you know never judge a book by its cover. Got up stairs and the staff didn't look like they wanted to be there. Ramming pineapple whilst talking to us. Alarm bell!!!
Then proceeded in, they gave us 2 card n no explaining, just go and put money. Nice explanation. It is very small inside, just full of slot machines and a few roulettes games going on and the rest was empty. I asked how does it work and one of the receptionist, repeated, put money n press start. So I went to the cashier who kindly explained. But my god the atmosphere was awful. Do not recommend!!!!! Run and save your money.

We went to this casino after reading very good reviews from trip advisor. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different. When we entered, it was very gloomy gloomy at the entrance and maybe people at reception were very tired. We did not find them welcoming at all . Overall inside the casino as well , it is pretty small and average. Our overall experience was just ok ok.I would recommend to try different options than this.

I got my new favorite. As a Czech that speaks mainly english because I lived abroad, sometimes some places think I am a tourist and say bad things or act differently. Here I was surprised that they were super friendly, and helpful with my stupid questions, I havent been in the casino for a while..... we had a good time

I have been there few times to play at the poker room, I realized after few days that i am finding the same Czech people in the room every single day... Then, I started studying their moves and eye contact between them while playing and found out that they are a group of local thieves and well organized with the croupiers!
You will notice the local players around you, all texting at the same time during the game with there mobiles. Basicly they simply share their cards together and the highest only will hit or rase... They also have the sestimatic way of swaping seats while you walk to the restroom...
Yes, you will find friendly staff, free drinks etc... but they are there to get you screwed, so be carefull.

First night was kinda ok, but second night was awful. Staff was very unfriendly.
Waitress seemed confused; some of drinks were free, then she wanted money but different prizes for different people. When we asked a reason for this, they wouldn't tell. Waitress was really a mess, it took a long time to get money back or service at all. First night we didn't even get free drinks or service in tables.
We celebrated our good hands in Blackjack and soon staff told us to be quiet and started watching us more than other players in the casino. Atmosphere seemed to change immediatly when they realized we are not first timers.
We had a very unfriendly dealer in roulette so we switched tables, but they didn't let us play with a new dealer - they changed almost immediatly. We felt a bit attacked about this.
First night was ok since we lost so the staff weren't so bad but since we won something and started to have a good time, they started to get really rude.
There were few nice dealers and the building was beautiful but I can't recommend this place to ANYONE. If you want to lose all your money while sitting quietly, this is your place but don't go here if you have any experience in games and want to play instead of just throwing your money away.

We went there on a Saturday night hoping to experience Prague's casino scene. The place is definitely big and looks nice as well with different things you can do there from playing poker to black jack to roulette. On arrival, we were asked to register first providing our passport etc. and sign some paperwork. The lady at the counter who couldn't even stand straight made us uncomfortable through the whole process not uttering anything more than demanding our passports and asking us to sign. There was no reasoning or explanation of why that was needed and what we were signing until I said 'why are you asking us to sign without telling us anything'. She obviously didn't like to be asked any question and she put the paperwork in front me saying 'here - read it and sign'. I was appalled at their front desk customer service which is basically your first impression. We were obviously shocked at all this but decided to let it go as it was our first night in Prague and thought that it could be language barrier or something with the culture. I must say, I was wrong as later when we went to more places, we met people with similar language barrier yet welcoming attitude. We didn't enjoy our time there due to this bad start and eventually left after 30-40 mins of gambling. I have been to other casinos and this is not how you get treated. My sincere recommendation to visitors is find another casino if you really want to enjoy their experience and don't waste your time going to Rebuy Stars Casino.

Did go no further then reception. Lady was very rude and the male staff member swore at me. Not sure how you get guests with people like these two working. Such a shame as it looked like a lovely place.

We wanted to do smt with the wife that we have not done before..... hitting the casino was one of those things. We had a good time at the roulette tables, there was like a pack of tourists that were hilarious. Easily accessable place if you have a hotel in the center as its located on some main street, forgot the name.

Love going to this place for the poker tournaments, always good games here and the crowd is also really good and fun to be around. Lots of expats!
