Rental from Prague to Stuttgart

We recently rented a car to travel from Prague to Stuttgart over 8 days through 3 countries. The representative from Runwell met us at the Prague Airport and provided extensive information about the car, terms of the rental, features of the car and information needed to cross country borders.
The car performed well during the trip. The oil light came on and we added oil to the car notifying Runwell of this.
We returned the car at the Stuttgart Airport and met the representative at the front of the terminal. He checked the car and notified us that the car was in good condition. We reminded him of the oil purchase and provided him with the receipt. Within hours, Runwell had credited our account for the cost of the oil.

We have rented through many companies over the years and found this experience with Runwell to be outstanding. The company appears truly interested in providing excellent service!

We will rent from Runwell again if given the opportunity!

Fine car and good stuff

I have booked Toyota Yaris in Prague for couple's holidays (two weeks). The paperwork was dealt with efficiently and we were on our journey around 20 minutes from being collected. The price included all the additional insurance and the car was very good for our purpose and in great condition. We would not hesitate to use RUNWELL on our next visit.

English speaking straight forward car rental

I rented a tasty Toyota GT sports car from here just for one day. Their main office is easy to get to (next to Muzeum) but I think they have airport offices too.

The pick up and drop off was a minimum off fuss and the car I rented was great value for money. I will definitely use them again - nice guys!

There’s nothing like to be on holidays, rent a car to go to nearby city and when you go to pick it up, discover that they do not have that car you rented and instead they offer you to pay three times the amount agreed to get a bigger car.
These people are not only deceiving their customers, they seem to do it with total impunity from the authorities. Is there anybody out there to control them?
They make you believe you have got a good offer and when you arrive, they pretend you to accept a fraud.
No to mention that when you arrive, they speak perfect English but when you complain they suddenly forget it and say they don’t understand you. Simply amazing !!
Do not rent an inexistent car from this company. Do not allow then to spoil your day.

It is very nice that people write us. We are always glad to answer on all questions of Our customers and discuss the problem situations. It is enough to ask! It is small problem but anyway i will try to explain it to You one more time. I remember You. You rented a car almost half of year ago but still not agree to our decision, especially that You really destroyed whole the wheel on our car. So, if You return car with flat tire why don't You want to pay for the fault made by yourself? You did not call road assistance, You did not inform Us about problem, You have been driven car with flat wheel many kilometers ONLY BECAUSE YOU WANTED SAVE ON TELEPHONE CALL! It seems funny but it is reality. I would like to inform all Our customers: if You do not understand anything, please, ask our manager one, two, three times again. We will happy to explain You everything and answer all Your questions to avoid situations like this.

Cheat and horrible

Don't trust this company. They gave us the car with empty fuel tank. Also after giving the car, he charged on my credit card for delay and cleaning. This was not mentioned when we gave the car. It was all clear when we left. The person tells a lot of lies.
Dont trust him.

Worst rent car company I have dealt with.

Dont give your credit card for authorization or dont even go I would recommend.

It is very nice that people write us. But it is very pity when it done by people who does not want to admit his own mistakes and see only others. We are always glad to answer on all questions of Our customers and discuss the problem situations. It is enough to ask! And it is better (and cheaper) to solve all the problems orally when You take/return the car but not when our manager should call the police to prevent bigger problems from You. Hope You remember it :) It was not Your best act. I will add some words about Your situation, Sir. According the contract You was late with the return of a car for more then 4 hours without a reason! Any (!) rent-a-car company all around the world will want extra payment from a customer. It is normal but not for You. Also no one rent-a-car company will buy or sell petrol for customers: we could help You with this, explain to You everything BUT not to buy petrol from customers: let`s leave this business for gas stations :) And for future: read the contracts, ask managers in case of misunderstanding - they will help and explain You all things. Nobody wants problems - let`s live in peace :)

Great Customer Service and Follow Up

We did a 12-day car rental from their Prague location and customer service was excellent. On pickup day at Wilsonova, the paperwork was ready for signing and our car was waiting at curbside. We received a hybrid vehicle--a pleasant surprise. Our first experience driving a hybrid and the excellent team provided the basic startup instructions. The car was in excellent condition and we experienced no problems as we toured the Czech Rep. Our return location was the Prague airport and a Runwell team member met us in the parking lot since they do not have a physical office there. The drop-off was smooth and we were on our way. We purchased the full insurance coverage (highly recommended for the peace of mind) and thought the total cost was reasonable. Excellent service and follow-up. Recommended. We will use them in the future.

Excellent Rental in Prague

I have rented from Runwell 4 times. They provide good service and cars, great rates, and lower deposits. They also have great/fast communication with WhatsApp for any questions you may have with your rental. I will continue to use Runwell any time I am in Prague.

Really good price

I rented a car from this company back in September. It was almost brand new Toyota RAV4, which I got a really good price on. I ordered it online, got the order confirmation, then came to the office next day and within 15 minutes we sorted out whole documentation and other details about rental.
The car, as I mentioned, was new, clean and overall in a good condition.
Also, the deposit ammount is low, especially compared to big rental companies.
It was a good experience, would take a car from Runwell again!
