About Supreme Prague
Supreme Prague is a local family business (Eva and Lenka, mother and daughter) which provides guided tours mainly in Prague but does also day/half-day trips in the Czech Republic (Kutna Hora, Terezin, Cesky Krumlov, etc.) or even abroad (Germany, Austria, Slovakia). Languages of the tours are mostly English, German, French, and Russian, but you can ask for another language. The tours are private only - there are no other tourists on the tour with you. The tours are conducted on foot or by car (especially comfortable for families and elderly persons). Guide4advanced works with other professional guides who are Czechs only or people who have been living in the Czech Republic long enough to share the Czech history and experience.

I went on this tour with myself and my partner. We were glad we paid extra for a private tour because we would of missed so much information if we just got admission. It was easy to organize at the front desk and we really enjoyed our tour guide Dana! She answered all of our questions and showed so much passion and emotion in the tour. Must do when in Prague!

For Americans this is an enlightening exhibit. It covers the pre ww events that led to the adoption of communism. It is a different take on events ( i.e. not from an western Europe or American point of view.

I was quite excited to hire this company - based on all of the good reviews. I placed my reservation online(because I couldn't reach them on the phone). While on the website, I received a notice that said "thank you. Your order has been received." NOTE: it did not say your order is confirmed; it did not say, "see you tomorrow;" it did not say anything except "thank you. Your order has been received." With only three days in Prague, I needed a confirmation for my peace of mind. To ease my mind, I tried to call them multiple times, my hotel tried to call them multiple times...at no time was the phone line answered, nor was there an opportunity to leave a message, neither did I receive any form of a confirmation email, text or call. Finally, on the morning of my tour, after calling 90 minutes and again 1 hour before my scheduled start, I decided I would make alternate arrangements. I continued to check the hotel lobby - and low and behold - there was a tour guide waiting on me. I explained the situation and why I was cancelling. The tour guide Eva seemed a bit frustrated as though it was my fault for making alternate plans. I would have felt worse for canceling - except that, well - after multiple calls to the company - and a day of stress over the confirmation - a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Again, we've heard wonderful things about this company - but I spent a day - trying to reach them to "confirm" our tour. For that reason I guess I will never know about the quality of the tours operated by this company.

Hello, thank you for your words. All what you have described above was very frustrating prior the start of a tour and we do apologize. As a small company, we take your words seriously so it can never happen again. Needless to say, the phone was broken: even though the phone was on, there did not appear any missed calls. There is an automatic email sent to people who have booked a tour online - sometimes it appears in a spam folder. In any case, we have taken precautions and did changes regarding phones, emails, and especially booking system. In this moment I can only sincerely apologize for your experience with us. I hope you had nevertheless nice time in Prague. If you do come to Prague again, please write us an email before your arrival and we will arrange a tour for you. Only with the best regards, Supreme Prague

Yes ,we all know the popular tune “All I want for Christmas is you “ ,implicated the passion for the loved one ,whether a spouse ,a friend or may be a child or a parent .However -the Christmas spirit brings the family together and what more wonderful experience than bringing your loved ones to Prague ?This city indeed is from bygone era with its intricately carved cathedrals ,curvy cobble-paved streets ,beautiful castles ,and bridges connecting Old town with Lesser town and above all this -the atmosphere of culture that shines from literally everywhere .Currently there are the Rudolfinum ,the Municipal house ,the National Theatre, Hybernia Theatre,Klementinum and so many churches in Old Town of Prague ,hosting classical concerts that can satisfy even the finest musical taste .
