Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. We arrived at the airport from London on time and the driver was waiting (as they had advised) in the arrivals with a big sign with our surname. He immediately took our 2 cases and lead the way to the taxi. We had advised that we would have a wheelchair and they had sent a suitable saloon so that the cases and folding wheelchair all fitted into the boot. The car was clean, smart and very comfortable. We were given bottles of water , free maps and a free City guide. The journey to out apartment took about 30 mins and on arrival the driver took our luggage into the building and all the way up to our allocated apartment. He was a very smart young man and very polite. He made sure we were safely in the apartment , said good bye and left without a tip. We were so impressed by the company and the driver that later in our stay we booked two other journeys with them. They are a very efficient, friendly company and there charges are very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone visiting Prague.( Airport to/from hotel, journeys within Prague and beyond they are great.)

We were fortunate to meet Ross our walking tour guide and we are so glad, he made the city take on a totally different perspective.
He is so knowledgable with lots of facts that help you understand the history and culture of the city.
It was a great day and we can’t recommend the tour highly enough.

Living in Prague I use their services a couple of times each year and must say never ever have I had a single issue. Pickup to the Airport when requested and pickup from the Airport equally. Just a quick note: if not there at arrivals just wait 5 minutes. Taxis, like airplanes, make no money standing around. Driver will be there in 5-10.

I received confirmation of my pick-up via email. No one showed up! The telephone numbers posted on their website went unanswered. I think they went out of business. Best to just stay away.

We booked online ahead of time and were given a price ($163.00) that they collected via credit card during the trip. You could pay ahead of time, by credit card or with cash. Apparently I had to pay while we were in the Czech Republic and our trip was ending in Germany. The trip took over three hours, it was raining and our driver had never been to Passau before and the Viking ship was not where we had been told it would be. That part is another story and was not the driver's fault. He spoke some English, drove carefully and was very polite. We would definitely recommend them. We were able to leave Prague earlier than we had planned and they accommodated us by sending the driver a little earlier. I did ask at the last moment. Since we visited Prague on our own, rather than use a Viking pre-extension trip, Viking would not arrange transportation for us from Prague even though they had others making that trip. The only thing I have to say against Viking. I, of course, said I'd pay, but they wouldn't even consider it.

We arrived into the arrivals lounge to find no taxi driver waiting. As it was late and we'd been travelling all day, we didn't want to hang around only for the driver not to arrive, so after ten minutes we had to get into a yellow cab which cost a lot more. I got onto wifi the day after to find an email accusing us of letting the company down for not being there when the driver finally came. I explained the above, but just got told they were very disappointed in us!

We booked a taxi ahead of travel
It was waiting for us and took us straight to hotel
Well worth the modest outlay as the airport is out of the city and tube travel involves changes and bus connection

Transfer to hotel really easy , driver waiting with named board. The free walking tour with Ross the guide us not to be missed. Excellent knowledge and not strenuous.

This airport transfer was the worst I have ever had. The gentlemen was dragging my luggage across the cobblestone streets to his car and ripped off one of the wheels of my luggage completely off. It was a spinner luggage and should be on all 4 wheels but he decided to pull on 2 wheels only to rip off the wheel. I addressed this with him and he said the airlines did it. I told him I pulled both pieces of luggage through the airport to outside to meet him and had no problems at all. He went back to look for the wheel and found it and gave it to me. I reported to the Hotel Caesar in Prague where I was staying and they said not their driver. He left immediately so I called the service and they said they would call me back. Of course I never heard from them again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...

Are there any restrictions on times? I have a 6am flight out of Prague and am staying in Old Town so I imagine the pickup time will be quite early in the morning/late at night.

Shouldn't be a problem. We had a 6:45 flight so we left from Mala Strana at 5:00 am and the driver was right on time(even a little early). And there was no extra charge for such an early pick up. The traffic was light at that time and we made it to the airport in less than 30 minutes.
