The legend is more interesting than the building itself. There are stories about killed child, ghoast, but you should beleive in such stories if you want.

Actually the story is more interesting than the building. It has a good history and nice exterior, but unless you are a music teacher or student, you cannot see the interior. Our tour guide said that teachers who did not believe in ghosts attempted to spend the night here and by the next morning, they had changed their minds.

Legend has it that a music teachibg Monk beat to death a student here many centuries ago and as a result the Monk died. Haunted as the story hoes but as the building is not open to.the public all you can do is enjoy the outside.

This building used to be a Jesuit School in the past. The legend goes that one day a priest was so angry with his student that he started caning him. The teacher went overboard and kept on beating the poor boy until he died. They say that the boy's parents cursed the teacher and the school. So the priest died after a few months and the building got haunted by ghosts. Many exorcists were invited to rid the building of these spirits but the more they tried the more ghosts came here so much so that people feel like they are living in a overcrowded house. There is a music school here now to sooth these troubled souls. Currently it has a Neo Renaissance facade with Graffito work on it.
