New very clean shuttles. Both the drivers were very good drivers. Very courteous divers. Helped us in loading the luggage. The DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE was very convenient. The driver who dropped us in Prague a told us about the history of the place and recommended places of interest. .

Took a shuttle from Linz to Cesky and everything was smooth. I called a few hours before desired pickup and the driver was 10 minutes early. Brought us to our hotel. Everything came as offered. Would recommend them. :-)

At the very last minute in prime season (not a great idea), we were able to book rides from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and back. Drivers were prompt and friendly, communication with the office via email was quick and clear, and it all worked better than expected.

Had booked shuttle to Salzburg two weeks prior. Got confirmation e-mail. 2 days before our pick-up date, I e-mailed to re-confirm. Was told they didn't have enough passengers to make it worthwhile for them so they cancelled. Busy time in Cesky and now need to find something for the next day. Would never even think of booking with them again.

booked a shuttle 1 month ago for Linz to Cesky and got an automated email response to confirm the booking. I emailed them multiple times to confirm the booking but did not get a single response.
Closer to the date, I called in 2 times to confirm the booking. Both times, they said they will check and call me back, but they never did.
In the morning of the scheduled booking, i tried to call them multiple times but did not manage to get through. Terrible company. Do not engage unless you want to ruin your trip.

We took the trip from Vienna to cesky Krumluv and from cesky Krumluv to Prague. Drivers are experienced. The only problem is it is difficult to contact by phone. I got auto message that your trip is confirmed. Anyway, drivers showed up exactly on time and use less time than what we expected to arrive at the destination. The cars are In good condition. Definitely recommended

Took CK Shuttle from Cesky Krumlov to Linz, Austria to catch the train to Budapest. Showed up right on time...enjoyed our fellow travelers and the relaxing ride. Good communications right up until our trip. First-class operation that I would use again without hesitation.

*** Initially reviewed CK Shuttle in error *** Made reservations over eight months ago. Our driver, Kevin, arrived on time (9AM). The drive was thru the beautiful countryside of Germany and Czechoslovakia and took about 3.5 hours. The roads are excellent. There were eight of us with luggage. The vehicle was new, clean and roomy and Kevin is an excellent professional driver. I highly recommend this service, accepted payment in Euros.

We have worked with Frank and Czech travel for two years for our transportation from Munich to Austria with our skis. They are reliable and professional, with clean and comfortable cars. Their competitive pricing keeps us coming back.

Frank was very helpful. It was a very last minute shuttle arrangement due to flight cancel. (Less than 24 hours). He arrived on time and the mini bus was decent. He did not charge any extra for this urgent service. Overall the service was great.

We are going to be in Salzburg and Passau and are thinking of going to Prague. Where was your airbnb? and does the shuttle do day trips from passau to prague and back?

Hello, Our airbnb, New apartment at Blue Shoe, Hastalska, Old Town, was about five minute walk northeast of Staromestske namesti (Old Town Square). It was a very convenient location to walk to most sights, including the Castle and Jewish Quarters. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be a food market nearby to purchase breakfast items. But we found a wonderful coffee shop/bakery, The Bakeshop, between the apartment and Old Town Square that was our daily stop for breakfast. We ate other meals out as well. Wanda was incredibly helpful as I asked questions before we left the States and even while we were in Prague, via email. I felt like I had a friend in Prague!
I don't know if the Czech Shuttle does day trips, but I would imagine so. Here's their email: info@czechshuttle.cz
