I used EU Shuttlebus service to transfer from Linz to Cesky Krumlov. Daniel, the owner, was prompt and very helpful, as well as a good driver. The 4 passengers had a very comfortable ride through the scenic Austrian and Czech countryside. The price is reasonable. I would definitely use EU Shuttlebus again.

For the price and convenience, well worth it. Limited service. Wish we had gotten out early in the morning to Vienna. Door to door service. We met our driver at the office. She got us and our 4 other travel companions to Vienna in 4 1/2 hours. A comfortable ride, right tour next accommodation. Don't know if it's customary to tip, but we did. She saved us so much time and energy. Thank you!

We used CK Shuttle a couple of times (Vienna to Krumlov / Krumlov to Prague), both times the drivers turned up on time, the car was clean, water was offered and everything worked how it was supposed to. Definitely recommend. The only improvement I would make is the booking system, it would be great to have an instant confirmation of booking and ability to make payment but overall not a major issue as they reply quickly.

I am writing this review for the CK Shuttle I took (also known as Bean Shuttle) from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov. The driver was really friendly and pointed things out along the way. We only had 3 riders in a van that seated about 8. It was a very comfortable ride, we stopped for a bathroom/snack break at a McDonald’s, the drive was about 3 hours and the van was air conditioned and you could adjust it yourself. Highly recommend it.

we booked this shuttle in the last minute from prague to cesky krumlov. The price was 1900 or 70$ for one way trip. We booked 2 way and paid 150$ for 2 of us. They arrive on time and depart on time. Such a great and convenient way to travel .

We booked ck shuttle for 2 trips, both with the shared shuttle service .We took them from Prague airport to our hotel in cesky krumlov and from cesky krumlov back to our hotel in Prague . The trip from Prague to cesky was very good. The driver was very professional and courteous . He picked us up on time . We shared the trip with 5 other people which was ample room.

Cesky krumlov to Prague unfortunately did not go as well . First of all, due to a problem we were having at the hotel we had to change our departure date and leave one day early. The Ck shuttle representative said that we would lose our whole deposit, even though we were re booking the same service just 24 hours earlier. When I said I felt it wasn't fair I was told that they lost the money on the seats that they had reserved for us. I said yes, but you are gaining the same money back and that they have 2 days to fill those seats, In which case they would be ahead financially. I was told that their customers book months in advance and that they would not fill those seats. If that were true then the seats that we took would have gone out empty and the company would be even . We thought it was very unprofessional to keep our deposit and make us pay another deposit for the same service just 24 hours earlier . In addition , the ride back was quite uncomfortable . They packed 8 people into a van that should have a MAXIMUM of 7. We were all very cramped which made the 3 hour ride to Prague quite uncomfortable . This of course was not the driver's fault, who again was very nice, safe and professional .
The company seems to be more concerned with maximizing profits than they are with their customers.

We rode twice with this shuttle bus, the first time from Prague the service and driving was excellent however the seats are very upright and this can be tough on ones upper neck. Initially we thought this company was a scam as they have a ridiculous booking process whereby we booked through "bean shuttle" but got credit card payment requests a day later from "ck shuttle" which was confusing and misleading.
The second trip back from cesky krumlov to Prague was horrific. We were both in the back seat and incredibly car sick and had to stop two times to be ill. The booking office told us we would be dropped outside a shopping mall with wifi and a taxi stand so we can book our next transfer from Angel Place in Prague. This already was a compromise on our behalf as we paid the price of being dropped to a hotel but still got dropped to a bus station. As this was a late booking we conceded but when the driver left us at Angel Place there was no shopping centre nor a taxi stand which we confirmed with a taxi driver later.
What was outrageous is that the driver, even after we both were seriously ill and weak, refused to drive us to the other side of Angel place where he lied and said there would be a taxi stand. We begged him to call his supervisor which he did and they too refused to take us to the other and correct side of Angel place. He was seriously rude and unhelpful and had a horrible attitude , he deserves to be fired and this was very different from our first driver who was very professional.
I recommend that no one take this shuttle company.

I own and operate a hostel and use both of these shuttle companies for our guests. I have also travelled with both companies to Vienna or Salzburg. Shuttlebus.cz and ckshuttle.cz are, however TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES, and therefore, some of these reviews belong to ckshuttle.
As I said, both companies deliver good service. Visiting both websites will allow the customer to determine which price/route works best for them.

Thankyou Daniel, for taking us from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and then back to the Prague Airport. Your service was fantastic, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and the cars were very spacious & comfortable. When we come back to Czech Republic we will liase with Daniel to help organize our item itenary.

Hi I would like to transfer from Hallstatt to Prague with a half-day stopover at Cesky Krumlov in late December. Is it possible to leave our luggages (two 28-inch) in the shuttle during the 3-hour free time in Cesky Krumlov?

We have arranged for transfer to and CK with EU Shuttlebus, but have been unable to successfully provide payment via credit card. Had anyone had this problem, and what other methods can you recommend.

We used CK shuttle which has excellent customer service online. We were picked up in C krumlov at our hotel and driven to our hotel in Prague , about 3 hrs bc e were in an 8 passenger van, requiring a few stops. The drivers are polite and safe. Maybe 30 euro pp one way

The trip between Vienna and CK took us about three hours. I can't remember the price, but I do remember that we thought it was reasonable. Enjoy your quick stop in CK!

I personally haven't done that route, but it is so much easier and worth to shuttle from Cesky Krumlov. It is such a remote town that even if you took the train you would still have to take a car or bus from Cesky Krumlov to a train station and then make all the necessary train changes. Where if you do the CK shuttle which they are very reliable, extremely on time, you save alot of time and headache trying to figure out where to go. You can even have them pick you up and drop off at your hotels. It's worth it!
