She has lived in Český Krumlov for more than twenty years and is also an avid, independent traveler herself. Krumlov Tours will share the hidden and exclusive parts of Český Krumlov and custom design a tour to fit your individual needs. Karolina and her team will bring Český Krumlov’s architecture & 750 year history to life as you tour the fortification walls or visit the world-renown Baroque theatre. If you are more active and enjoy nature, Krumlov Tours can arrange hiking or bike trips or boat and bike rentals that will lead you through the beautiful South Bohemian countryside. Relax and stay awhile. Untouched Bohemian villages are just a stone’s throw away from Český Krumlov. Let Karolina and her team show you the beauty of this region with a multi-day tour of the surrounding area.

Cesky Krumlov - what a beautiful town! And Karolina - what a wonderful guide! Her knowledge and passion for the place and its history enriched our experience greatly. She was also helpful with practicalities, like locating the best place for COVID testing as we prepared for our return flight. When you’re in the Czech Republic, don’t miss Cesky Krumlov - and a tour with Krumlov Tours is highly recommended.

Karolina was a fantastic guide for me and my mom. She is very knowledgable, but even more importantly, is a wonderful storyteller and puts all the details of things we learned about in a historical arc so it made sense. She also went above and beyond to change the logistics so that my mom, who was having some ankle issues that made it hard to walk long distances, was well supported. She patiently answered all our questions and also made a great dinner recommendation.

Karolina was an amazing tour guide. She met us at our hotel in Ceske Budejovice and drove us to Cesky Krumlov. After getting us settled into our hotel, she escorted us to the Castle for our English-speaking tour. She met us after lunch for a wonderful tour of Cesky Krumlov. The next day she took us to Holasovice and Jankov, two of my ancestral villages. She secured us a private tour of Kratochville and then delivered us safely to our hotel in Netolice. She is a very knowledgeable guide and catered our tour to meet our physical limitations while giving us even more than we expected. I highly recommend Karolina for anyone visiting South Bohemia, especially those seeking to find their Czech roots.

My wife and I spent 2 hours with our guide Karolína, who was exceptional. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon meandering through the historic Česky Krumlov with Karolína and we highly recommend her.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful visit to Cesky Krumlov largely through the efforts of Karolina, of Krumlov Tours. She provided us a very efficient first-day introduction to the area by arranging several Castle tours followed by a walking tour of the town. Karolina's knowledge of European, Czech, and local history was incredible, and her personal experiences of the communist era and Velvet Revolution were fascinating. She set everything we were seeing into context almost casually - not like a lecturer. Her passion for guiding is infectious and we thoroughly enjoyed her warm, friendly, and engaging personality.
