We had our best horse ride with a beautiful scenic and nature all around. What I like of this beautiful place is part of a Puerto Rico reservation. I wasn’t expecting the horses to be well trained and good breed. The staff was so kind and patient. This was our 11 year first time, Adriana took the time to teach him and watch over him while riding. Manati has a beautiful beach. I felt like I was in paradise.
The best part of my stay. This was so relaxing and I bonded with Puerto Rico beautiful nature.

My husband and I are competent riders. This was our second ride in as many weeks with Domingo. We ride every chance we get wherever we are. We were so impressed with the stables and how well cared for the horses are. They are well trained and eager to do their job. Domingo is a fabulous trail guide, he knows the area and the history of the land. The Beautiful Paso Fino horses are well cared for. We rode through grassland, Woodland and at the beach. I cannot wait to go riding there again.

I would say that this was the highlight of my trip to PR, in which I come to the island every year. This place was wonderful. We were riding for over an hour and a half through a beautiful mountain side. It was breathtaking. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I went with my wife and my two kids 10 and 5. It was very safe and the kids wear a helmet. Go don’t overthink it. Thank me later.

10 out of 10. Domingo's horses are well trained and appropriate for every rider type. We did the 2 hours ride and it was wonderful. The view from the Valley and beach is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone, an amazing experience never to be forgotten.

This was the first time my husband and daughter had ever been on a horse and they both LOVED it! Kerry met us right at the exit off of the highway and led us to the stables. He showed us the ropes and then took us on our ride. It was a very intimate excursion, just my family and Kerry (the owner). The views on the ride were amazing and we felt very comfortable on our horses. We ended up on a beautiful beach were we explored for a bit. Kerry was very attentive to my daughter and answered all of her questions (6 year olds ask a lot of questions!) On the way back we stopped at a little store where Kerry treated us to a cold drink. The price for the ride was very reasonable and the length of the ride was just right. I would recommend this for sure and I would do it again next time we visit Puerto Rico.

I booked this trip specifically for the personalized service you recieve. My family were the only family on this ride. Kerry met us at the exit off the highway and guided us back to the stables. My son and husband tend to be apprehensive of riding but Kerry reassured them and they did fine. We rode down streets, on a beach, and through a nature preserve. We stopped at a local store, dismounted and had some refreshments. We stopped at the beach and the kids swam in the ocean. Kerry is knowledgeable, interesting and endearing. I feel like I made a friend in Puerto Rico. So much so that If I visited again, I would give him a call. It's rare that you get such personalized service for such a small cost. My son loved his horse and the whole adventure. I think Kerry made a horse lover out of him. Even my husband who is slightly skiddish of horses adjusted as Kerry had him on a lead. This means he guided my husband's horse around. All in all we were exhausted at the end of the trip, but this was definately an experience I will cherish for years to come. Thank you Kerry for your wonderful personality and a one of a kind horseback riding trip.

My husband, daughter and I booked an afternoon ride with Kerry during our March vacation. It was one of the most memorable experiences of a very pleasurable week.
This wasn't one of those awful big group tours; it was just the three of us riding with Kerry and his young assistant. We were able to go at our own pace, gathering speed as our skills improved (we are all novices or were before this experience!) Kerry led us along trails for a while as we gained confidence, then "off-road" -- through fields and some low brush -- until we arrived at the most spectacular beach I've ever seen.
As another reviewer noted, Kerry met us at the highway exit and led us to the stable so we wouldn't get lost. The horses were great, and we learned quite a bit about the history and heritage of the horses of Puerto Rico. I thought the price was very reasonable for the length of time we spent and the personalized attention we received.
We will definitely book another "tour" on our return next spring. I can highly recommend!

This place is so great. My wife and I wanted to go horseback riding so bad but wanted to make sure where ever we went, that our experience was going to be memorable. The instructor Domingo was such a friendly and knowledgeable man. He made us feel comfortable and by the end of the ride we felt like pros. Walking along the beach was amazing. Would definitely be coming back my next trip to Puerto Rico.

We arrived an hour before the scheduled ride and decided to do a one hour rather than a two hour since we did not bring our swimsuits. We sat and waited and waited and, finally, asked what the issue was and were told we would need to wait an additional two hours before we could go on a one hour ride. So much for "Walk-Ins Welcome" policy. We just ask for a refund and left.

I want to know if there is a mounting /dismounting block available and can we get transportation from our hotel or at least one in San Juan?
Written February 22, 2015
Yes they do have mounting block. You could get an Uber from San Juan but renting a car in PR becomes almost indispensable as our public transportation is very poor almost non - existent

Was this in Manati or in San Juan? I can't seem to find information on this attraction in Manati.
Thank you
