I had not played here for 25 years and I was very lucky to be invited to play in a Company Golf Day at this beautiful venue! I had forgotten how lovely the whole set up is there! The Old Course was magnificent and I had a caddy which was interesting, but if you go there get one as they... More

See my previous review, it all still applies. Booking the visit and booking in are efficient and friendly A list welcoming visitors for the day is a really nice touch, as is afternoon tea after the round Bar staff and the caddy master are welcoming and friendly. A shame the wildlife was hiding from us, no dear, no foxes -... More

This club is a bucket list coarse for the going purist ! Away from hustle and bustle of London you find yourself on the most incredible coarse in UK in my opinion ( the old coarse ) Where greats have tee'd off you do the same hoping not too slice or worse yet duff a shot. The caddy I had... More

This is a truly wonderful pair of golf courses which completely justify the high price tag. The service is always warm and welcoming and the food excellent. The courses themselves are both excellent and always well presented. The Old Course, in particular, is a true example of the finest English golf course architecture. Play either one and it will be... Played the New Course and Old Course on successive days. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the members are very friendly. I am a single figure golfer and found the New Course much more of a challenge but beautifully presented and in great condition. The Old Course has incredible history and easier playability on its side. Sunningdale is... More

According to my other half (I am not a golfer - interrupts a good walk) who plays off 8, New course very good, Old course spectacular. Played on 2 different days. Worth every cent I have been told. Carrying his clubs (we in London for a few weeks and didn't want to hire car whilst here) took the tube to... More

What a wonderful experience. Magnificent clubhouse with Her Majesty smiling at me at foot of stairs on way up to visitors changing room. We played the new course which is without question the best parkland course I've ever played - including the k club and mt Juliet and Druids glen. On the 10th hole lovely bacon sandwiches! When we went... More

We have been here several times for lunch with others and always enjoyed it. Haven't played golf here though but you can see the quality of the course!

The latest stop on our biannual golf day tour took me and my two friends to Sunningdale for a full day at this stunning club. We had a warm greeting from the staff at the clubhouse entrance with signage also personally welcoming us. We were directed to the visitors changing rooms (if this is the standard for the visitors, the... More

Having 2 of the top 100 golf courses in the country sets the context, although this is only part of the story. I have been lucky enough to visit over a number of years, each time is special and the experience has not diminished. Visitors are listed in the arrivals board, pointing you to a staff who will welcome and... More
