the waterfall gps coordinate is here 39.8367, 45.6684

but you can see the mermaid hair-like waterfall, or at least the upper cascade, from a terrace here 39.8352, 45.6691. this is what i did when i visited in march and the entire town of jermuk has piles of snow. the road down to the waterfall looks dubious for a low clearance 2wd, so i didnt dare to tempt fate.

it would have been possible to walk down, but i think you need around an hour to do that (20 min walk down, 20 min walk back up, 20 min at the fall itself)

or consider shaki waterfall. this one is accessible for 2wd sedan even in winter as it is compacted dirt.

Pretty place to visit when you are in Jermuk anyway. Especially on a sunny day you can take some nice pictures. Apart from the waterfalls, there are some stairs on the left side near a food stand and you can go downhill and get close to the river. Also a nice spot for pictures!

It was snowing so our tour going to the waterfalls was too cold. Going up and down hill is good for people who certainly loves adventures. It was a wonderful experience seeing crystalized waterfalls and flowing water at the same time which reminds us how beautiful nature is. When visiting Armenia, ensure that you will go here. Wasn’t able to swim in their hot tub as we were running out or time, though. 😊

Clean, nice, and lovely! We had a great time. It was safe (some waterfalls can be scary to get to) this one was easy! And the bridge was beautiful and you can go on a short walk after.

Our long trip from Yerevan paid off coming on the waterfall of Jermuk. We had stops along the way but it was nothing when you see how amazing this waterfall is!

Water from the mountains flows freely going through the river. The water is freezing plus the cold breeze of the afternoon, but it was all worth it. The mountain added some good sight to view.

Must see of tourist! Recommended!!!

We drove with our car to the latest available point and with just a few minutes of walking we reached the waterfall. Finding the way was not easy. However, we asked several local people and they helped us to find the way. It was amazing, and perfect for taking beautiful photos. You can spend hours there for relaxing and looking at the waterfall without feeling of passing of time. If you stay or pass through Jermuk, don't miss this beautiful natural attraction. It is really worth visiting.

This review is quite late. Upon reaching Jermuk our Hyur Services group tour bus stopped for a while to see Jermuk Waterfalls from a distance. It was sad to see a dying waterfalls.
