A good selection of artifacts on display, mainly pottery and sculptures. The terracotta statuettes of sirens dating from the 7th century BC and in good condition are probably the best items on display.

Situated in an old building, in the seaside main street, it's too small (only three rooms and a hall) that gives you a helpful, general idea of the history of the island. Less than half an hour is pretty enough to go back on time.

This museum is small but comprehensive! You can see all the history of the island, from the first historical years of the islan until the Greece-Roman period about 6000 of history.

Very well presented artifacts and good labeling and background. It seems that the shards are cleaned right on site. I looked for my own ancestors, but didn't find them.
