Lovely course with a good test for all abilities. Good scenery all around but shame about the weather for our visit. There is a lack of signage around the course and if
you are visiting I would ring the club rather than use an online booking service and speak to the friendly helpful staff.

Recommended.

Stopped here to play with a small golf society. Very friendly members and staff who are passionate about their club which obviously has limited resources. Really enjoyed playing the course, lovely views, deserves to thrive. Give it a go if you're in the area.

Went out for Sunday Lunch with extended family on a miserable cold, wet day in February and had a lovely time at the Golf Club. The place was busy, the staff were friendly, and the carvery was lovely with 2 different meats and plenty of veg, sauces and gravy. Didn't try the starters but the desserts were good too, but maybe not homemade. Would thoroughly recommend and not expensive at all.

Played her recently and had a thoroughly enjoyable day. The golf club is a members club managed and run totally by members there are no airs and graces just a cordial warm welcome. The club is located in the Brecon Beacons National Park and is known locally as "Royal Glynneath" a name endeared to it by club president and Welsh entertainment legend Max Boyce MBE. The course is open to individual and group visitors and is in immaculate condition thanks to the hard work put into by the fairway and greens staff. The 18 holes meander up into the National Park with some stunning and beautiful scenery. It offers a testing time to all players of all standards as you have to manage your way around clean cut fairways and silky smooth putting greens. There are 4 par three holes, 11 par fours and 3 par five holes for a total of 5904 yards off the yellow tees. A limited number of golf buggies are available to hire if you prefer to ride the course rather than walk it. When you have completed your round you can pop into the '19th Hole' and enjoy a drink in comfort, food is also available at certain times. My advice is to contact Bob or Megan in the 'pro' shop and they can give you all the information you require and arrange to book you a round.

Very well kept golf course. Very reasonable price to play 18 holes only £15. The only thing that was poor was signage between holes.

Played the Glynneath Golf course on a Sunday morning. What an amazing hidden gem of a track! The course was extremely well kept, especially considering recent heavy downpours, and the views as you make your way around are spectacular. The welcome on arrival was friendly, and that continued in the bar after our round with chatty members and staff. Only downside for our visit, was having to miss out on a Sunday carvery that smelt amazing. Definitely will return to play the course again, and this time stick around for the carvery!
