Iconic Sydney views

Small park set on the Harbour. Fantastic views of the sights that make Sydney. Some eatery options available a short walk up the road. Nice place to come and relax.

A great place to walk or just sit and take in the Magical Sydney Harbour views. This park has a lot of history it is where the car ferry used to operate before the bridge was built. It also has interesting Army gun emplacements installed to protect the harbour. And lets not forget the controversial Harry seidler Blues point tower.... More

VERY nice spot for picnics . Not to good for very young children as no fence around water. The council should take care of toilets , they were a horrible nightmare. Smelly and dirty.

A lovely spot to enjoy some downtime, look and the view and enjoy the passing locals and tourists. Peaceful in the early morning after a walk.

One of the best places to see the Harbour Bridge and Opera house in Sydney. The general vibe is SO lovely, people having picnics and enjoying the great view! Parking spots were difficult to find as the area is quite small and also as the sunset came it got pretty crowded, but it's nothing you can't manage with patience! Definitely... More

Whichever way you arrive by foot, ferry, car or bus this is one of the best vantage points for harbour views of the SHB and Opera House anywhere! Quite small but still enough room for a picnic blanket and hamper or to have fun with the kids. One of the best vantage points on the Northside to enjoy the harbour... More

Anyone staying in Sydney should take the time to hop on the Ferry and disembark at McMahons Point for a wander through the reserve at Blues Point....you could pack a picnic if you felt inclined to relax, or at a minimum just head there for your bucket list photo opportunity that outdoes all the other typical travellers who don't make... As you walk down Blues Point Road from North Sydney, there's a slight curve to the left with the junction with Henry Lawson Drive ... and then BANG ... there is this unsurpassed view. Every tourist should visit here. The upgraded ferry terminal has been recently re-opened, just nine minutes from Circular Quay.

Great place to take families and friends who are tourists to the city. Parking is a hassle so either go early or catch public transport. Great place for picnics and fireworks.
