Very average. Was nice to see chocolates being made in Australia but the visitors centre was very small and chocolates very expensive for a factory shop. Website says free tea coffee or chocolate but nothing served. Couldn't even buy a hot or cold drink.

The Haigh’s Chocolate tour was fantastic and very informative & included tasting of a few chocolates. I was surprised to learn that the delicious chocolates are made and packed by hand. Even foiled wrapped chocolates & Easter eggs are foil wrapped by staff working on...More

Booked a space on the free factory tour - interesting history and wonderful to see the company still in family hands. The guide was clearly proud to work there and the free chocolates were a tasty bonus. Interesting to note an old (c 1926) ledger...More

We love this place as do many Adelaideans. The chocolate is the best and smoothest ever , and is priced for quality. Free tours are available but need to be booked. A cherished Adelaide icon !

It is only a small place, but wow! It is unbelievable how much they still do by hand here. The tour demonstrates this as well as giving you a brief history and a VERY generous amount of taste testers! Well worth a visit while in...More

We booked via the visitor centre in town. As we had a day travel ticket we also caught public transport without any issues. Tour is free, well worth it.
