A little cool the day we were visiting. Bring extra clothes for your hike. Just in case , weather was awesome below but the further you climbed the temperature changed, it is best to wear layers. Great place for kids and the whole family.

Not the most incredible mountain but fun nonetheless. Runs are fairly short with some steep terrain off the Boomerang or traversing from the Eagle to the Hawk. Sunrise chair is a must for more comfortable skiers who don't want the lineups that washy can have. Be ready for the challenge of wetter, heavier, west coast snow (even if it is... More

Highway up the mountain appeared to be well maintained. Cost for myself and boyfriend for rentals and lift $280 (expensive but no different from any other resort). My only problem with this resort is there isn't enough signage outside of lodge, or anywhere really. In other words, signage or resort maps for a first timer at this resort could be... More

I can not get over the amount of snow you can drive to on Vancouver island. I never even knew this place existed. The ski facilities are not huge but it is well run and not crowded. The main lodge is teeny with spare food/drink options but everyone is friendly

When there is snow it can have tons of it. Powder tends to be on the heavier side being coastal. Not the super fluffy interior powder. Lots of accommodations available on mountain, not much to do after the lifts close though. It needs to develop some culture and a central area where people can gather after 3:30pm

We had an amazing experience. Wyatt, our guide, was truly incredible and a pleasure to tour with. You can tell he loved his job and surroundings. The dinner was great, at first we were bummed that we had to be at a table with strangers, but quickly that disappointment disappeared and we enjoyed the company of the surrounding diners. I... It is so sad to see what Mount Washington has become. Used to be full of happy people skiing, boarding, just hanging around. Not anymore. Spring break and it was dead. Hardly any folks using this wonderful area. The prices of lift tickets is so high it is impossible for a family to make use. The food in the restaurant... More

Had lunch on the balcony overlooking the most spectacular scenery, food not too bad either and very reasonable, friendly and efficient staff. The chair lift to the top of the mountain was scary, but sooo well worth it, the view has to be seen to be believed, you can see for miles, well worth the trip !

On March 6, 2016, my first time on the snow this year. lots of wet snow falling and sticky wet, 4 m snow ban along road close to resort. I need a totally raingear as melt too quick. lot of lane go through and need scan ticket bar code everywhere, terrain park like a monster park, nothing funny and maybe... More

I've been skiing at Mt Washington for about 35 years and have held a season's pass for most of those years. Although Mt Washington has had lots of snow this season, very few of the runs are groomed compared to previous seasons. As well as making the skiing experience boring the lack of grooming packs skiers onto the few groomed... More
