This place is stunning and you really get to learn about the olive oil production process. It is modern and grandiose. What really made the experience, aside from the beautiful views, were the staff there. Victoria and Mara were so good at explaining and provided excellent service. The olive oil tasting was great.
However, we stayed for lunch and the food is appalling. Not good at all, even though they have a restaurant. It is understaffed, not a lot of choices and the ingredients were not fresh. We were told it was because of winter, the vegetable garden didnt have much to offer. The ham was too salty and dry. Tickets wayyy to expensive for what you get, even though the guide explained a lot, that is why I give this amount of stars: food quality and over pricing. A pity!

We, a group of 3 couples, visited in May 2019. We decided at the day before and I contacted them by email and Victoria responded to me during the middle of the night. The place is lovely, we had lunch over there, we made the visit and a had tasting experience with all the questions and information. One more thing, they love art and you will encounter different pieces along the visit. We all recommend the place and you can be sure that Victoria will be taking care of you. It is located 5-8 min. from the center of Ronda. The visit is a must.

We were guests at the hotel so when we heard about the olive oil tasting and tour we just had to do it and it was worth it! The tour is amazing, it takes you through the olive groves, lots of time and chances to take pictures, and the tasting was so fun. The olive oils were amazing! We had our toddler with us, which understandably is not ideal, but they were really accommodating and let us ride in the golf cart for the tour portion. Just a really great experience all around - highly recommend whether you are staying at the hotel or not!

Well organised olive proerty where they also grove grape vines, other fruits and vegetables. The tour is easy going, with nice views and informative. Olive oil tasting is good way to learn more about olive oil.

When enter the Greenhouse/Shop/Tasting room, we watched a short presentation video in Spanish with English subtitles. It was informative and short. This was fallowed by a tour (ours was in English & Spanish as one of our party only spoke Spanish) of the gardens and olive groves. It was explained to us that they are completely organic and also grow a variety of plants and herbs to attract bees & pollinators. It was quite warm so the outdoor portion wasn’t too long. We were also shown a room that had small processing machines to show us what the modern way of processing & filtering is done. Afterwards we were taken back to the tasting area where we learned how to taste several different types of olive oil. There is also the ability to purchase different meats and cheeses, plus their delicious products. It is well worth the experience while visiting Ronda, which is an amazingly beautiful Andalusian city.

Tour was very nice and grounds were beautiful . Would have been better if there was a demonstration or a video of the production.
Tasting was very informative and delicious.

We stumbled on this little gem on our way to Ronda. Very friendly staff even of we did not take the full tour. Bought a few bottles because they taste sooooo good!

This was an interesting and enjoyable change of activity from the standard tourist destinations. It's only possible to get there by Taxi (€18 each way) or self drive as there is no public transport service. The staff were very friendly and efficient with their attitude and presentation. There was a short video followed by a walk around the various close olive groves. The guide stopped to explain the growing methods and production processes as we reached each point of interest and answered questions from the visitors. At the end of the tour there is a tasting opportunity. This was carried out by the tour guide with explanations about each oil we tried, similar to a wine tasting, and how it could be used. There is the opportunity to purchase drinks and food there as they have an outdoor veranda and restaurant area. There is a new restaurant/production/presentation building under construction within the grounds that they are excited to open to the public in the coming months.
I would say I didn't feel it was suitable for someone with accessibility issues or a slow walker as we were encouraged to keep up with the group to hear the explanations and the paths were up and down slopes of rough gravel. Overall a very interesting, informative hour of something very different from the expected to see in Ronda.
