Has a gorgeous trail that gives you a glimpse of the old Acadian dykes and previous modifications to the land. Best done mid June to mid October. Weather changes quickly from the city

This is a very long trail that runs along the coast. Uses an old railway bed the trail is made of crushed gravel quite smooth. there is a washroom at the Lawrence town beach provincial park is the only one that I saw.

I've explored much of the trail over the past few years. Great easy for any level of walking. Flat, well maintained trail. Great for bikes as well. No motorized vehicles.

I'm not the biggest die hard mountain biker, but I do like to get out. My favorite is the Salt Marsh and Atlantic View Trails in Cole Harbour NS leading to Lawerencetown Beach. It's about 22 km's in total but fairly flat and well maintained...More
